I once blew out a tire on the interstate while driving to a first date with a very hot chick. I was doing about 70 when it blew but managed to safely pull over to the shoulder. It was already dark out and I didn't have a flash light so I could barely even see anything. I fumbled around in the trunk and got out the spare tire and the jack, but I couldn't find the handle you use to crank the jack up. All I had was a fucking screwdriver. I faced a choice at that moment: I could bitch out and call a tow truck, or I could change that fucking tire come hell or high water.

I decided there was no way I was missing the date if I could help it, so I sat there for a good ten or fifteen minutes slowly cranking up this jack using a screwdriver in the most mechanically inefficient method possible, and finally I get it jacked up enough to remove the blown out tire. I removed the lug nuts and went to pull off the tire, but it was stuck on there. So I had to give it a real strong pull to get if off, and as the tire finally came off the car falls off the fucking jack. I'm cursing at this point, my shirt is already dirty and soaked with sweat so I tear it off. I got back down and started slowly cranking the jack up with the screwdriver. Cars are whizzing by a few feet from me, but I'm so focused on fixing this tire I don't care. I finally get the car jacked up again and carefully place the spare tire on and tighten up the lug nuts, and then slowly lower the jack back down. And then I realized the spare tire was fucking flat!

So I get in the car and drive at like 35 on the interstate with my hazards on down to the next exit and find a gas station and put air in the tires. By this point I was over an hour late for the date. I called the girl and she was still game to meet up, even though I showed up sweaty and wearing a dirt and grime covered shirt. After all that, the date ended up going really well and I fucked the girl that night in her hot tub, and then again after she made me breakfast the next morning.

Women's demands aside, it's still beneficial to know how to take care of common problems like flat tires; why the fuck is this kind of practical stuff not taught in schools? Have a series of classes in high school that teach basic money management, how to do taxes, basic car maintenance, basic home maintenance, etc. If it were up to me such classes would be mandatory requirements, but as it stands to day, nothing like this is typically even offered as an elective. No one ever uses 95% of what they learn in high school, so why not jettison one period a day of worthless bullshit for a little bit of practical life skills curriculum? Seems like older generations would rather bitch about how helpless millenials are than actually do something about an easily solvable problem.

Had a car fall off the jack once due to the crappy scissor jack that came on someone else's Toyota. It ended up bending the disc heat shield into the disc. So, while driving away, it ground and ground into the disc. Drove it really carefully and the girl got the shop to fix that for free.

I see your point. Im comparing her to a SJW so that is where I'm getting my perspective from.

I think some of the points that you bring up come with her occupation of being a television host. She needs to have a harder tone because that is the tone of her television show.
