Quote:We want to apply leverage during Democratic primaries by conveying to voters 1,000,000+ voter-pledges to write-in Bernie Sanders or vote Green Party during the general election. Join the grassroots revolution today: Take the pledge and recruit two more people to do the same this week.

Other groups, such as Grassroots Action for Bernie, are taking to social media, using Facebook and Twitter to try to get the “Bernieorbust” hashtag trending."
Quote: The Bernie or Bust pledge is as simple as it will be effective. It involves two easy steps, and both are vital to the success of this movement’s strategy. They are:
1) Join thousands of voters who have filled out a simple form to pledge to write-in Bernie Sanders for President in 2016 no matter what. With enough leverage, Revolt Against Plutocracy can shock the Democratic Party establishment — in the news media and with ads — into understanding that nominating anyone else seriously jeopardizes Democrats keeping the White House. This massive lever will apply enough pressure to deter voter support for a regressive, establishment candidate like Hillary Clinton.
2) Pledge-takers will then reach out to friends, relatives, etc. to recruit just two more people to take the Bernie or Bust pledge within a week. This is the only way a critical mass will pool resources to maximize support by liberal and moderate Democrats for Sanders as President. 14% of Democrats will not vote for Hillary in the general election, and we need your help finding them to take the pledge.

RE: Why are people on this forum so anti-Bernie Sanders?
Even though I absolutely loathe Hillary, it's giving me endless mirth and delight to watch her defeat Bernie.
None of my friends are Hillary supporters, but quite a few are Bernie supporters. To the point where it's really making me question my friendship with them. Their facebook posts are nauseating. Painting Bernie as this savior for the downtrodden masses, the minorities, the champion of women and blacks, the man of the people...Watching their disbelief as he underperforms. How could people not see? How can they not see that he is the answer to all of our problems?
When Bernie's campaign is dealt its death blow, I want to be in the room with these guys, drunk off my ass, wearing my "Make America Great Again" baseball cap, and give em one of these:
"...so I gave her an STD, and she STILL wanted to bang me."
RE: Why are people on this forum so anti-Bernie Sanders?
In the same boat as you Veloce. Someone's politics assuredly manifests itself in their personality. The bending over by the media for bernie is laughable. Just now as I opened up the Internet I see a post saying how bernie boi 'changed America win or lose'. Yeah right. The media campaign for bernie 'lenin' sanders is essentially to steal what Donald has done and reconfigure that for a socialist. It rings hollow.

The Chart That No Minimum-Wage-Supporting Socialist Wants You To See
Quote:Since 1995 the rate of seasonal teenage employment has declined by over a third from around 55 percent to 34 percent in 2015. The report does not attempt to examine why summer youth employment has fallen over the past two decades. If it had, it would probably find one answer in the minimum wage.
Most of the 15 cities studied in this report have minimum wage rates above the federal level, with cities such as Seattle having a rate more than double that. Recent data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics seen in the chart show exactly how a drastic rise in the minimum wage rate affects the rate of employment.

The Dems tolerate Sander's shtick because it keeps the college idiot-kids agitated and entertained until Hillary needs them in the general. The idea that Sanders would truly upset the Dem paradigm the way Trump has on the GOP side is ludicrous. At the convention, Bernie will get a payoff - a juicy prime-time speech opportunity. When he's done, he'll fold his minions in with the Hildebeest.

While there's obviously a higher percentage of blacks in poverty than whites, there are WAY more white people as a whole living in poverty. To say that white people don't know what it's like to live in a ghetto is a pretty major blunder.

Geesh. This is going to be worse in the future. Can't have your way? Do something to show how stupid you are. Show everyone how emotional and unstable in your thinking. I mean they already did when they failed to recognize that sanders couldn't pay for free college. It has gone from arguing with your teacher over a grade (which is on the rise) to just purse lunacy. This is like threatening to hold your breathe if you don't get what you want. It doesn't work. Just so fucking annoyed with kids these days. Just so fucking goddam stupid.

Yeah I know, but maybe, just maybe, he will get fed up with her shenanigans, if she is too blatant with the thievery, so he ends up sayin, "fuck it, this bitch done me too wrong now" and tells all his supporters, "Trump is the only candidate running who will fix our broken system. I cannot win against the fixed deck of Clinton's, so I must support the only candidate who can dig out these blood sucking ticks."

Spokepoker, remember we're talking about the man who literally allowed three adolescent girls to take away his microphone. He's not going to be standing up against anything. Trust me, I've also had my hopes but it's simply not happening.
However, we can still count on some of his fans to stop cucking, revolt and refuse to follow his future endorsement of Hillary.
