While they're different polling companies it's worth pointing out that polls at the start of March had him down by 37 and 32 points, but the 3 latest polls since then are low single digits; that's a 25-30 point turnaround in the span of a week!
It is the kind of ascendance not often seen in politics... it'll certainly keep things interesting on the Dem side. Also interesting will be seeing how his actual performance in Florida compares to the polls consistently showing him lose by 25-30 points there.

Bernie's rise in Ohio is probably off the back of idiotic statements like this from Hillary, where she promises her own voters she'll get rid of their jobs.
Hillary is such a terrible candidate it's laughable. Here she is, the whole election is being handed to her on a silver platter and she's having trouble against an admitted socialist. There will be nothing left of her by the time Trump is through.
The berniecucks are switching their vote over to Jill Stein now, oh no!
I love that one of the subject lines is "PLEASE TELL PEOPLE THE FL. AND OH. ELECTIONS ARE PROPORTIONAL, NOT WINNER-TAKE-ALL!" The Republican fight is dominating the headlines so much that even their own partymembers don't understand which party is actually voting!

Nah. He'd need to mobilize entire swathes of the midwest and south which really aren't keen on the antics of che guevara bandana wearing #Berniepeople or looting and rioting #BLM. Those people are his core and you don't win with a fringe core.
Let's say Bernie and Trump both win.
Let's say all democrat voters vote for bernie, all repubs vote for trump.
Look at how many democrats and repubs voted so far, then make your prediction.

How? Trump won more votes in Florida versus 3 opponents than Hillary won against Bernie. The myth of Bernie's mobilization is just that, a myth. Trump is the mobilizer. Trump = FERVOR. It's the Great Awakening, and Sanders is telling everyone to take a nap on the middle class' dime.
DecisionDeskHQ had called Missouri for Bernie before but looks like they just switched over to Clinton meaning Clinton has done a clean sweep of all 5 states tonight.

The old communist jew is done.
The Bernie delusion on reddit is one of the finest pieces of comedy that has come out of this election though.
I've been telling Sanders supporters on Facebook (for the past four months or so) who constantly shit on Trump.
Trump is not your enemy, not yet. Both Trump and Sanders have to get nominated first. Forest for the trees, berniebros.
Clinton is your enemy. The DNC in her back pocket is your enemy. Medieval caucusing with stupid coin flip gimmicks are your enemy. You'd best not underestimate that slimy witch because she will try every conniving trick in the book to destroy your candidate.
I am not convinced by Bernie when I watch the debates and see him and Clinton have a head-nodding agree party. Bernie looks weak when he doesn't call out Clinton on her shit. Her scandals shouldn't be any secret to him.
If you want Sanders to even have a shot at the Presidency, then tell him to grow a pair and smite Hillary first or it will not happen.
Instead of pretending to be morally superior with your "consensus is better than conflict" approach, try damning Hillary with all those fucking scandals she's been involved in . Maybe make a bunch of youtube videos where you cherrypick the things she says to make her look bad. It shouldn't be hard, there's lots and lots to choose from. A vote for Sanders can also be a vote against Clinton. Do the math.
edit:
Then the next day I'd see them get into flame wars where they shit on Trump in the comment sections of the near limitless supply of articles and I'd just shake my head.
People think Bernie is doing well because of favorability ratings. He hasn't been covered by the media and his life story is a complete joke. Once people find out he didn't have a job til his 40s unless you count writing masturbation/rape fantasies, abandoned his 1 child out of wedlock, praises communist leaders/wedding in Soviet Union/flies Soviet flag in office, "white people can't be poor", and on and on he would get decimated by Republicans.

In Bernie's case I'd guess it's the old leftie instinct for unity, which to be fair has been enormously successful at keeping the socialist beast alive across a range of Western societies: party unity is all. In Australia, a Labor party politician is simply not permitted to vote against the party. If he does, he's out of the party and his name will be mud in the Labor Party for literally decades to come. You are simply not permitted to break step without serious consequences. Even flaming lesbians in the Labor Party have held that discipline on the issue of gay marriage for decades. The Liberal party (which is still at best centre-left, at least in comparison to American parties) still allows its members to cross the floor on occasion and vote with the other team.
This same communist instinct is what drives Bernie Sanders to not speak his mind in public and to woodenly pronounce he will support the eventual nominee. Lefties and maybe young idiots outside the party think he's being polite and loyal. Loyal to what? To the party. The party matters more than any individual. Organisational lefties don't tend to kill each other in public ... unless it's an egregious case of counterthought to the Party's ideals. Then, as we have seen deployed time and again, the lynch mobs will tear him or her to pieces. Lefties kill their own in private, with knives to the back. Bernie is not stupid. He did not survive for forty years as a leftist without learning that you never shit on the Party in public, not even if the Party deserves to be shit on.
As said, this gives the communist chimera a good deal of resiliency even in its death throes, because the institution can chew up anyone it wants, but the party survives. Even so, I think the 21st century has done its damage to this form of unity -- Sanders could not have risen without the Internet. And as with third-wave feminism tearing up feminism, new lefties are slowly tearing up communism and socialism as well. That said, keep a watch out, always: the communist infection is harder than herpes to eradicate, and the chimera always comes back with its impossible promises aided and abetted by unthinking loyalty.
We should start trolling them with some of Sanders rape work. What he wrote is a million times worse then what Roosh got crucified for. Easy to point out the hypocrisy not that it would have any effect on Sanders. We can easily portray the left as the party of rapists with Bill and Bernie running.
