(01-16-2016 03:18 AM)Samseau Wrote:  You make it sound like the average American has some kind of grand plan for the world. What you forget is that most Americans are completely ignorant of foreign policy. Most Americans just focus on trying to pay the bills.

I said nothing about the average American because, as you say, he has virtually no input into his country's foreign policy. I don't mention him because he's not to blame, just as much as the average Finn isn't to blame for his government joining in on Merkel's insane open borders. Both the average American and the average European have been totally betrayed by their leaders, so looking to US foreign policy for succor when US leaders have actively invited this situation is misled.

Quote:There certainly is a culture of America which is very distinct. It's hard to see it because American culture has become ubiquitous with anything international, since America sets the standard for everyone else. Really now, the world's standards are American standards. Americans are also unique in their freedom of speech and guns. Easily one of the least cucked places on the planet.

This is a deeper topic than policy, but it deserves our attention. What you call American culture has, for the most part, been invented and (even worse) continuously reinvented since the 1950s. Central institutions of American life: the supermarket, shopping mall, suburb, freeway, halftime show, TV dinner...are very new and were created to replace what America was. They aren't just un-traditional, they are anti-traditional.

There are many examples of this I could pick from, but the clearest is the demolition of Old Penn Station in 1963. Probably the most beautiful building in the entire country, and even more than that it stood as a refulgent symbol of American civic virtue. Yet in the name of money, it was torn down and replaced with a repulsive, uncultured joke. This was repeated across the country.

In principle, this is precisely what is happening now in Europe. Priceless heritage and timeless inheritance of a people gets in the way of profit? They tear it down. You are indeed correct: the world's standards are American standards. Both need to be corrected.

Quote:It's not that democracy has failed America (yet). Let us wait and see what happens in the next 8 years. America may yet pull itself back together for another grand run if Trump is elected and turns out to be a good president. A Trump victory shows that even the worst of the Jewpocalpyse (1960-2015) wasn't enough to get American voters to completely ignore their self-interests. It's too soon to write off America.

I'm not writing off the US, I'm not writing off Europe. I see cause for hope on both continents, and reason for good men on both shores to strive for the survival and restoration of their societies. What's undeniable, however, is the sordid role that US geopolitical strategy and elite ideology have played in creating the present situation. (I also don't see any reason to place blame for this on Jewry, but that's another discussion for another time)

Quote:The problem is that America's democracy is unsuitable for running a world empire. Democracy is too slow, and the people of America aren't smart enough to know all world affairs all the time. The American people can still vote in their own interests, however, unlike the cucks and traitors of Europe. What the American people cannot do is govern other countries with any sort of reliability.

Which means, since America cannot govern, they must rule over with an iron fist the places that are important for their security. That's about the only option left, aside from nuking enemies from afar. You may think America has been doing this all along, but not really. America is actually very soft on her allies and enemies. But if Trump is elected then this will not remain. Western Europe will simply have to become a tributary state of America since they have proven themselves ungovernable. And America's enemies will have the life choked out of them.

If flaws in American policy can be laid at the feet of poorly functioning democracy, then why not flaws in European policy? You seem to have established two separate standards, by which US multiculturalism can be excused as an aberration while European multiculturalism is taken for the true content and character of all European people. Surely this is mistaken, we have to recognize the failure and betrayal of both sets of governance, and how vast the gap between elite and people has become on both sides of the Atlantic.

Again, the EU is a tributary state of America in all but name. The US military still occupies Germany, which then increasingly bosses around the rest of Europe. The US (again, the government, not average people) pursued chaos in Libya and Syria, then praised Germany for its insane open border policy. The coup in Ukraine illustrates this fully: the US and EU acted in perfect concert in the destabilization of that country and together backed the multiculturalist propaganda (completely at odds with what most Ukrainians think) that was noted on this thread (or if I'm mistaken, it was posted somewhere on this forum).

After all, Merkel simply adopted an extreme replication of US border policy for the last 40 years (the biggest difference being that until now, German society hasn't functioned on the basis of ethnic ghettos and demographic division along with racial antipathy that's characterized the US for decades...although if things continue Germany will have to adopt that as well), she just added a bunch of transparently ridiculous humanitarian babble to go along with it.

It's US influence in Europe and the Middle East that's a massive portion, even the ultimate source, of the problem...and you want this same group to have complete control as a solution? Few things could be worse for the survival prospects of Europe.

If Trump does manage to get elected and fundamentally changes US policy, my position on this will have to be revised, but we shouldn't count on something that hasn't happened yet.

I agree with the spirit of your post but we need to knock children, women and families off their undeserved pedestals. The world is overpopulated as it is. There is 0 logical basis for that sort of thinking.

Women have been pulling this "look at me and my poor baby! Provide for me" shit since caveman days. Stripped down to it's core, it is essentially a form of violence. An emotional hostage situation to force you to do something you'd normally not do because of "the childreeeen!!".

I personally don't care if some pregnant Afghan peasant bitch dies on the Macedonian border along with her kids. What value does she bring besides more mouths to feed and booties to wipe? On the other hand, a single male Iranian Engineer freezing to death is a waste of human potential. Only people allowed in should be people facing real persecution who have marketable skills and education & are able to join the workforce quickly.

We're in agreement, and if I were to magically be given dictatorial powers I would set up coastal artillery and blast each of these boats to the bottom of the sea.

I'm simply thinking in terms of gradualism and shifting the window at each chance possible, small or large.

Samseau. be wary of these media reports. Especially when they come from the likes of the Daily Mail. One of their editors absolutely hates Trump and lets loose his opinion on television when he can. One of his main points is Trump wanting to ban Muslims and migrants from the ME and Africa into the US. He cannot understand why Trump wants that.

I heard absolutely nothing from our main press except for some "disturbances in Cologne on NYE". They are only voicing the opinion because they feel safe to do so.

Most of our journalists are liberal idiots, educated and indocrinated in the cocoon of western liberal values and Universities.

What we should be seeing is the real reasons for all of this. Why are we still accepting migrants into the EU whilst on the other hand we see mass violence and rape epidemics springing up.

Why do we not see shaming articles, like what ROK does on politicians, media people and NGOs or feminists?

They're appeasing their fan base to get more views for more advertising revenue. They don't give a shit about whats going on until its barging through their door or about to rape them.

The media is the military intelligence agency for citizens. When the very message and opinion is skewed in favour of cover up and illusion, you have a very mis-informed populace.

Saga: But the USA hasn't been the one pulling all the strings in Europe. Europe was given a democracy and they choose to ban guns, and ban free speech. The USA gave Europe tremendous amounts of freedom, and all they have done is shit on themselves with it.

There is a reason Europe is going to get buttfucked but America is going to survive. Our democracy was built with the fundamental assumption that governments always become corrupted and citizens must battle it to demolish and rebuild, while Europeans, despite thousands of years to the contrary, see absolutely nothing wrong with using their democratic powers to create super states lead by spinster dictators.

You come off like on of those European elitists who questions the existence of American culture because they think we're too new, or that the things which define America aren't cosmopolitan enough for European tastes. Look at what such cosmopolitan attitudes have unleashed on Europe.

Yesterday I went out and bought a Trijicon ACOG for my AR-15. It wasn't stolen. I didn't buy it out of the back of someone's car. I didn't buy it from some open air black market for illegal weapons or any venue you would find in the third world. I bought it from a retail store, in a shopping center, with a TGIFridays at one end, and a Pet Smart next door. I bought my AR-15 in much the same way. Inside the store, the back wall had a few dozen AR-15s from various manufacturers, in various setups. They had AK47s. They had a Tavor. They had over 100 handguns. Plus they had all the shit to make your AR-15 look and function almost identical to the ones used by the Delta Force and SEALS. While I was in there, they sold an AR-15 to a first time AR-15 buyer and his wife. It took 20 minutes from when he started filling out paperwork, until he passed the background check, paid, and walked out with his new gun.

It's hardly worth pointing out that NONE of the guns in that store can be purchased as a simple retail transaction ANYWHERE ELSE in the world. We all know that. But the ACOG I bought, that too is prohibited from being sold ANYWHERE ELSE in the world in a legal retail transaction. Hell, the US State Department prohibits that ACOG from even exiting the US because they don't want to deal with the bullshit. And yet I purchased it as simple as saying "I want that one, here is my money."

Now tell me with a straight face there isn't something distinctly American about what I've just told you.

You're right, DC is not representative of all of America (thankfully), but it is representative of the ideology that the American elite wish to inflict upon the rest of the world, it's representative of the bureaucrats who make the decisions that affect people in Sweden and Germany and Britain.

As to your example, being able to purchase firearms is a good thing, and few here would doubt the wisdom of the 2nd Amendment, but aside from that fact that what you describe is increasingly curtailed in many states, the real question of culture isn't the means to defend oneself but the substance of what is to be defended.

In other words, the spear of an Athenian hoplite was indeed part of Athenian culture...but if not for the Acropolis and its temples and rituals, if not for the Agora and its goings-on and debates and manners, if not for the home and family and private shrine...just what was the spear supposed to defend? Absent a rich reservoir of tradition, a weapon is no longer a part of a culture, it is a tool.

However, you are also right on another point, the US isn't "too new" to have living traditions, that argument is made by those who don't appreciate the length of American history. Boston, New York City, Charleston and other cities were founded long before St. Petersburg was. What's missing isn't the absence of time, what's missing is the careful preservation of what our ancestors had built. Where I grew up, almost all of it was built after 1950, much of it was built after 1970 and some of it after 1990, and it shows. This built environment and the lifestyle that goes on within it isn't a continuation of American tradition, it represents a radical and intentional break from American tradition. Many parts of the country, designed and glorified by our elite as "modern" and "desirable", are just like this.

Does this apply to all parts of the country? Not at all, and I haven't traveled enough to comprehensively address that anyway. However, it applies in the places which the elite seek to copy in the rest of the world. For our purposes here, dealing with the situation in Europe, that is what must be understood.

By the way, Samseau, my apologies for the delay, but I'll have to reply to your latest post in a bit.

A French center-Right senator has just (publicly) demanded an explanation from the Justice Minister (an afro-guyanese extreme-leftist female)... about something that I highlighted in the following thread: https://www.rooshvforum.com/thread-52642.html

This senator demanded to know why the Justice Minister is hiding this (see above) heinous crime, why the murdering illegal migrant was not sent back to his country (probably Senegal or Guinea) after his first 8-year rape conviction (followed by a double rape-murder)... and then the Justice Minister had to admit that French justice system cannot deport any migrant criminal, because all of them refuse to tell what is their country of origin! Dodgy

It's a fundamental flaw and problem in Europe: it's impossible to deport the illegals because they burn their ID papers and refuse to tell us which country they came from... So, in spite of what cuck politicians say, (almost) no illegal is deported, ever, from Europe... one reason more why letting them in, in the first place, is a criminal weakness! Cause once they're in, we won't get rid of them ever, it seems... unless military solutions are chosen, at last...

If they are not french citizens they can be arrested for illegal entry.

This crime can have any punishment the French democracy decides on. Unless I am mistaken they are not obligated to follow international treaty because these criminals by their own admission are not citizens of any state which signed the treaty.

Put all those anarchists in a work camp and work them to the bone.

This law can be passed in a fortnight and the french army has the logistics to start the round up immediately.

It is only an issue as long as their government wants it to be. Do not fall into learned helplessness.

Anyway, the criminal illegals cannot even be put in jails: we have around 50.000 places built in our jails, and already 65.000 prisoners... so, each time a judge sends someone to jail in France, a colleague of him or her has to let go another prisoner! Dodgy I kid you not!

Moreover look at how rapidly and how strongly the narrative in the US turned around. I met with a newspaper executive today: he not only knew about the cologne problems but he did not want the same thing to happen in america.

Six months ago I am sure the man would have brutally libeled anyone who spoke the way he did today.

Make new jails. Have them build license plates and mine coal.

Putting the sub-saharan illegal migrants to work? Good luck with that... they don't know shit about factory or organized work...

Anyway, only realistic solution is a military one... we need to use our armies to stop illegal boats (by shooting warning shots into the sea, and then, if needed, piercing the hulls), and forcibly remove criminals from our land ("a la pointe des baionnettes": on the tip of baionnette-knifes, like our ancestors use to say!)...

You can shoot as much boats as you want, the guys from Morocco take a plane to turkey and then walk to Europe. Mostly come over the Balkan route. The ones on the mediterran see are just a small number with dramatic pictures compare to those that walk in over turkey.

This world need walls and on those walls you need men with guns. The left wing cucks don't realise it.
There is a nice article about the mentality of them:

http://www.welt.de/debatte/kommentare/ar...enden.html

Also "wir". Wer sonst.

We had it already and its there again. Left wing people and feminist try now to blame all Germans and men in general. Like there is also sexual harassment at the Oktoberfest. Some feminist even go to TV shows and give false numbers to make it sound more worse. Even the Munich police said the numbers are not true.

Anyway the reaction is, men in general are sexist. Germans that point out problems with refugees and immigration in general are racist. Everyone that do so play in favour of nazis and right wing populist. That's why you have to play the problems down.
They are full of self hate and driven my their feelings and moral to feel superior. They can not get the crush of their ideology.

So yeah German men like to group rape and sexual harass women all the time. And yeah we are all hidden nazis when Germans complain about crime done by immigrants and refugees.

I agree. The big land and property owners will be fine, since they can afford plenty of private security, diversification, insurance and other contingencies.
