Women are the ones that should have a curfew, not men, and unlike men, they are actually benefit from having a curfew.

Come to think of it, most of the cute feminine girls from good family here in my part of the country all have curfew and have to report to their fathers.

Given the German police are either unable or unwilling to interfere with the actions of the Islamic rape gangs, what would a curfew accomplish? It's like the gun control argument that obviously criminals will turn in their guns because otherwise they'd be breaking the law, which is a major ethical concern for criminals.

This is one for the "There's nothing new under the sun" files.

Earlier this evening I happened to mention this story to an old wise mate of mine over a quiet ale or three.

Turns out that while he was in college during the early seventies the "feminazis" as he called them really did get exactly this, a curfew on men on college grounds approved to the point that it was actually introduced, but the male students all said in unison "Fuuuuckkk offfffff!!!" and it was quickly dropped.

Wonder what would happen today?

I think it would be a good laugh to implement, when taken to the full extreme.

- Suddenly there's no taxi drivers late at night.
- Suddenly there's no out of hours technicians, roadside mechanics etc.
- Suddenly the no. of doctors & police on duty drop dramatically.
- Security guards? Bouncers at night? Nowhere to be found.
- Supermarket shelf packers? Truck drivers? All snoozing at home.
- Even something as simple as pizza delivery. You think a privileged feminist is going to stoop to that level?

I think a curfew is a great idea...for women.

It's no coincidence that in Cinderella, that when the clock strikes midnight, she goes from a princess to a peasant women. That is, if she stays out too late, the Prince will literally see her as "low class". That sort of double meaning flew over my head entirely when I was young.
