Everyone needs to goals and something to work towards, otherwise what is the point? Working towards something gives us motivation and a reason to get up every day.
If you're struggling for inspiration try talking to friends or relatives about their jobs and companies.

You seem like a really cool dude Kaotic and you contribute a hell of a lot to this forum but it seems like your professional life isn't really in order. You've really got the game element down pat but the self-improvement/lifestyle aspect of Alphaness seems to be missing. Like me you're almost 30 but you seem to work a string of odd jobs with no real career and, from your LTR thread, no current prospects of affording a house, family, etc.
All of that is OK in your 20's but you don't want to hit 35 and still have no career and needing to live with a housemate just to afford a place.

If I was you I'd be spending this post-LTR time focusing on finding a job that suits your skill set, that you enjoy and that has career prospects, or at least pays enough money for you to be able to afford your own place in the future. If you like Sales and are good at it that is a great skill set to have as its something every company needs, is easily transferable and can make you a hell of a lot of money. A good sales person is worth their weight in gold.
BUT you need to do it in an industry that's going to pay well, not something like working at a retail store or call centre.

Well my current job is for a software engineering company, doing inside sales, and sales team support on the back end. I do a little tech support on the side, but not actual support on the software itself.

Starting in August they boosted my pay, and I started getting commission on past the quotas I did, and we absolutely crushed our goals.

I've been doing this for 4ish years now, the retail store is my second job and only weekends now. (I've worked there over 5 years).

So I've had 2 solid jobs since I've graduated and haven't changed much.

Like I was telling Trav, I seriously don't know what I should be doing or what direction I should be going. You're both right, I need to reflect, I need to figure out where I need to go instead of spinning my tires.

I'm not sure if I need to start reading, go to a seminar, or ask around.

Do you guys have any books or websites I should check out that could be recommended ?

Had a date tonight with a very cute barre instructor I picked up in the line at the grocery store a few weeks ago. We finally got our schedules to match tonight.

On my lunch break today I took a trip to Costco to pick up a few things and while in the endless line waiting to check out I experienced my first ever true elderly opener An older man was ahead of me in line and proceeded to ramble to me about everything from the items around us, how busy the store was to who I was going to vote for in the presidential election!

After a few minutes of hearing his ramble a pretty hot latina wearing tight stretch pants and knee high boots rolls up in the line next to me. I see two bottles of the Kirkland vodka in her basket and without even thinking I ask her if she's tried that vodka before. Hey players need some advice.

Speaking from someone who has been in your position, and has also made some missteps when being greedy...

Go forward with your plans with girl #1, and ping girl #2 with a later time/place.

You have already invested more into the first option, and she sounds like she is a "warmer" lead, versus the prospect you farmed off Tinder. You never want to play yourself out on a more sure thing, for an unknown one. The fact that your 1st option sounds excited to follow through (without prompting), is a good sign, coupled with the fact she is departing soon.

Sets up good for send-off sex. By setting up the date with option #2 at 9pm or later you should have enough wiggle room. Ideally, a drink date with an online prospect starts about that time anyway.

Not sure if you play spades but I always say, "never give up a guarantee for a possible" (unless circumstances absolutely dictate otherwise). You should definitely follow through with girl number 1. It's funny, when we post in the forum about a specific girl, we may sometimes claim she isn't like the rest, yet we'll get the same answer from the same men.
