Yeah. There has to be a reason. It's called a cause of action and is usually based on either a contract or tort theory. A contract theory is generally breach of contract. A tort theory can be negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress (where it's recognized), trespass, conversion, assault, battery, false arrest, abuse of process, malicious prosecution, etc. If somebody sues for something which isn't a recognized cause of action, you deal with it by filing a Motion to Dismiss for failure to state a claim.

Merenguero, you are correct that these girls are not the "best" looking these countries have to offer. But it's not about that. It's all-around thing, not only "sexy". And the pool of girls is not every girl from a given country, it's girls who have decided to sign up and compete in pageants.

I came across that Pia broad a year ago or more. I was struck by how hot she was, the few times my brain and dick had a overload and could not function right.

You see more of her videos and interviews and she talks and acts very pedestrian and simple. I don't know if this is Pinay attitudes all around but she has a very homestyle vibe to her which is very nice to her hotness. She seems like the type that would have no issues cooking you eggs in the morning after you gave her some mean pipe the night before.

First highlight his username and copy it. Then go to your control panel (Click on your screen name at the very top of the site) then, click on private messages, then paste his screen name in the to field. Add the subject, body, etc. then send.

If you still have problems finding the private message portal, use another browser, force the desktop view on your mobile phone's browser, or ask Tuthmosis/Soma for help.

It's a really unfortunate mistake. I'm sure she was humiliated and extremely disappointed.

But don't act like a fucking infant about it. Shit happens. It was a bonehead move, yes, but given it was all spur of the moment, I'm sure it was no simple thing to decide the best way to recover from the blunder.

Silly pageant or no, Miss Universe ought to have some class - that's largely the point.

Filing a lawsuit over something like this is far from classy.

I'm sure she's seeing dollar signs, or someone is, but if her PR team is worth anything they'll tell her to back off the idea fast and find other, less demeaning ways to profit off the huge buzz this is creating.
