Hey fellas, I met Eric Trump yesterday! I added his sig to my Art of the Deal, and I have vid to prove it!

I'm going for the whole Trump family... lol

Eric Trump is easily the most friendly and approachable of the Trump family I've seen. He's "softer" you could say, but he still has the typical glow all Trump family members have. There was a crowd of 200 or so inside of a place designed to hold 150 comfortably. Dude just walked into a crowd of people, no fear. Pretty amazing to watch.

One woman said to him, "Sir do you know our government is deliberately destroying the family to make money?"

Eric: "I believe it."

I chimed in in order to help him make sense: "She's talking about how many states have corrupt divorce laws."

He looked at me and nodded.

If the Trump's get in we are going to restore the family, gentlemen. They listen and know!

Remember that ABC News/Washington Post "tracking poll" that had Clinton +12 Sunday (when it launched) and Tuesday?

It's down to +9 today. And if it's like the previous iteration of their tracking poll, it has a D+9 skew on it.

Heh.

LA Times is back to Trump +1 but IBD/TIPP is still showing Clinton +1, +2 in head-to-head. Ideally that trend reverses...

Roosh, I know I'm well below 250 posts but I would humbly request a pass this one time. I work long hours hence I don't post much to get to 250. From my previous correspondence with you via PM, and my posts on RVF, you will see that I am no troll.

If the 33K e-mails are released, I would be happy to do an intense review of 1000 e-mails within 24 hours of release. If we can find 32 other guys from this thread to do the same (I'm sure we can), we can get it out into the public domain quickly.

Obviously reditt, infowars, and other sites will be doing the same. But I don't see any harm with replicating their efforts to see if we can connect additional dots. More eyes; fresh eyes.

Thank you to all of you for fighting the good fight. I gain a tremendous amount from this thread.

Ok, back to lurking.

From a Face To Face blog post titled Lessons From Brexit , on the "Shy Trump" voter phenomenon:

Quote:One under-appreciated source of error was what to do with people who said "don't know". No matter what pollsters did, their decision favored Remain and made them less accurate. I take that to mean that most people saying "don't know" at such a late date, on such a fundamentally important question, with polar opposite choices only, is simply unwilling to state their clearly held opinion. And that opinion will be whichever choice is less socially or otherwise acceptable to confess.

The entire financial and political Establishment, all of the media, educated elites, and even powerful foreign leaders like the President of the United States, were all bearing down on anyone thinking of voting Leave. While most of them could not have cared less what the elites thought, some small chunk was intimidated into public silence -- but privately voted enthusiastically for Leave.

I think that's what's going on with Americans who are answering "don't know" -- it's the "Shy Trump" voter. By now, you know pretty well who you're for, there is no middle ground for fence-sitting with such polar opposite choices, and the matters are of fundamental importance (immigration, trade, war, corruption, and so on).

The entire world is hammering you over the head to vote Clinton or be cast out of respectable society forever, so if that were your choice, why not proudly admit that you're going with the socially sanctioned choice? Some of these "don't know" voters could decide to vote third party (also not very acceptable in what you perceive to be a do-or-die election), but most are going to vote Trump. And of course some may wimp out of voting at the last minute, despite passing through the "likely voter" screen on the poll. At any rate, Clinton will get very few of these, and Trump will get the plurality.

That's all pretty good news for the Trump movement.

FYI all, this Nov 1 Obamacare hike really may have just sunk Hillary's ship. There are a lot of things that can stir up and upset voters and this one really hits home (and bank accounts) the hardest. Some of the increases are over 100%.

Look at those swing states!

In other news, Trump is up in Florida early voting and may lead by as much as 10%.

Another Reuters poll today, Clinton +4 with D+8 skew, and Independents go for Trump in the four-way polling. Oh, and the poll also vastly reduces a realistic Independent count (only 12%; total distribution 43-35-12). It also has him with sub-80% of Republicans voting for him. I think they'll be coming home the next two weeks, you run this poll with proper distributions (D+4, Independents closer to 30%), and it shows Trump winning.

Well here's my question about that, because I do think it helps Trump's case, but my question is: if the rates are going up on November 1, are people going to be receiving their bills with the increased rate in the first week of November, or is it at the end of November that they'll get their bill with the increase?

Hearing about something on the news is one thing but getting that bill in person, showing your old and (vastly increased) new rates, would guaranteed change some voters' minds. Conversely, if they don't get the increased-bill until the end of November, how many Hillary voters would see the new bill and wish they could take back the vote? Gotta get word out, ideally people have learned or will learn sooner rather than later...

If Trump was clued into his "losing" he would pull out fucking stops like the world has never seen.
The MSM know this. They are so fucking desperate they will keep playing the sexual predator theme until the cows come home. It won't work. Men aren't buying it. Lots of women aren't buying it. The MSM is not showing a victorious face. They are showing the horror baby seals show when being eating by a great white shark.

I've also said on here that the DNC blew their tops too early and Trump isn't saying anything they can rile people up with.

Over in Europe land we are seeing Trumps policies. Laugh Even Reuters is reporting on them!

They just cannot ignore him and must report things.

On this whole Fox News is the enemy stuff, it isn't that simple. It should be pretty easy to realize that there is a war of attrition going on inside that news organization. Has been for years. They are conservative no doubt, but just like the Republican party being split right now, they are split. Rupert Murdoch is a neocon but some of the editors and executives in the past were not exactly neocons but social conservatives instead (think Huckabee). They have always been very pro-Christianity or very friendly towards most flavors of it. Anytime some politician attacks faith or Christians, they jump on it fierce. That is the one constant you can usually rely on with them. That's a core audience they have and would be bad business to mess that up.

I remember some of the in-fighting they used to have when Bush was in office. Compassionate conservatives vs the Neocons vs. The Traditional Fiscal Conservatives vs. Tea Party/Libs. Even if Murdoch "allegedly" got out of the daily workings of the org, he always keeps similar folks running things. Only recently have they bothered to pull in liberals they can control (Kelly) to make it look like they are unbiased. If you are going to have "BIAS ALERT!" sections on your site where you report on other outlets for garbage stories, you cannot have a 100% conservative roster of opinion people. That's just silly. If you owned a MSM news station, would you hire Rachel Maddow if she was available, if you already had Hannity? I probably would. It's a business folks. The objective is to earn a profit, not wash brains for free.

Their polling is not to be taken seriously for reasons not to take seriously on other stations. They get fast food polls from the same places other outlets get it from. Like Associated Press and Reuters news feeds are used by everyone. They are going to regurgitate MSM sources like every other outlet will. Their exclusive stuff will always be exclusive, but their polls are garbage and have always been garbage. Look at their corny Obama approval poll at the bottom of the page and you tell me if that shit is accurate. It's been there at the same numbers nearly the whole year.

FULL EVENT: Donald Trump Grand Opening Of The Trump International Hotel in Washington (10/26/2016)

Some great Trump quotes:

"This is a beautiful hotel. Y'know, I am really going to enjoy looking at it next year from down the street at 1600"
"Lets cut this ribbon and then I am going to North Carolina."
"We will stop using the word Never. We will believe in our country again."
"We will set free the untapped potential of the people of the United States of America."
"There is nothing the great people of the United States cannot accomplish."
"Remember, Hillary always tells us it was called Hillarycare before it was called Obamacare."
"This year we restored a hotel. Next year, we will restore our nation."
"UNDER BUDGET AND AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!"

Ivanka
"In 2014 we said Trump would be coming to Penn Ave in 2016. Little did we know how right we were."
"A contractor building this hotel was wearing a Trump shirt and he told me he was proud to have worked for my father for 15 years."
"Those who criticize my father will not stand in his way to achieve great things."
"We will remind the nation that Pennsylvania Avenue is America's Main Street."

Watch the Persuasion Battle

http://blog.dilbert.com/post/15233704915...ion-battle

If you want to watch the persuasion game-within-the-game, follow me on Twitter @ScottAdamsSays. Here’s the situation so you know what to look for.

1. Yesterday I announced my endorsement of Trump, primarily as a protest to the bullying culture of Clinton supporters. I don’t like bullies. And I don’t like that Clinton is turning citizens against each other. (My political preferences don’t align with any of the candidates.)

Yes, Trump is a bully, but he’s offering to provide that service on behalf of the country. When leaders do it, we call it leadership. (Think LBJ or Steve Jobs.) Trump isn’t encouraging his supporters to bully Clinton supporters. But Clinton has painted Trump and his supporters as Nazi-like deplorables, and that creates moral cover for the bullying you see all over the country against Trump supporters. It wouldn’t be a bad thing to bully a Nazi, would it? That’s the dangerous situation Clinton has created.

2. My anti-bullying message must have raised a flag somewhere in the Clinton campaign machinery. That means it hit a nerve and is seen as a persuasion reframing they don’t want to risk.

3. Huffington Post, Salon, Daily Kos and other liberal outlets “coincidentally” ran hit pieces on me on the same day. That’s a sign of media coordination with the Clinton campaign. (Or a big coincidence.)

4. Hordes of either paid or volunteer Twitter trolls descended on me with two specific types of attacks. The similarity of the attacks suggests central coordination. One attack involves insults about the Dilbert comic (an attack on my income) and the other is a coordinated attack to suggest I am literally insane or off my meds (to decrease my credibility).

You’re also supposed to think I’m crazy for seeing these “coincidences” as coordinated attacks. You’ll probably see this blog post retweeted as evidence of my further spiral into madness. The same happened when I noted that Twitter was shadowbanning me for talking about Trump. Shadowbanning is real, and well-documented in my case and others, but it sounds preposterous, so it is easy to frame me as crazy. Expect more of that.

The takeaway here is that my message about Clinton supporters being bullies is effective persuasion. Otherwise I would be ignored. This reframing is a kill shot because the bullies themselves are philosophically opposed to bullies. Once they realize they have been persuaded by Clinton’s campaign to become the thing they hate, the spell will be broken. And they won’t show up to vote.

The other plausible explanation for recent events is that I’m literally insane, and in a big way. You can be the judge of that.

I’ve never had this much fun in one year. I’ll be sad after election day, no matter who wins. Unless I am literally insane. In that case I’ll probably keep enjoying myself.
