Fairygodboss...women review employers maternity policies
https://fairygodboss.com/

I saw this on the news this morning. Two career cunts created a website for women to review their employers maternity plans. I thought...this is amazing! If I were looking for a job I would look for the worst rated place, to ensure that I had fewer women working there..or if I was an employer I'd start to post my own false, horrible reviews to deter women from applying to my company.

To access, you need to post a review, I think I'll post about how the Roosh V Forum is a sexist place to work with no maternity leave.

RE: Fairygodboss...women review employers maternity policies
A bit off-topic, but when you think about it, the original Cinderella story -- even the old original Disney version -- has a healthy slice of Red Pill for men and women in it.

- Cinderella is cast into near-servitude when her father remarries after widowhood.
- Cinderella's stepmother is a single mother, who seems to consume what remains of Cinderella's father's life.
- Cinderella's stepsisters, the daughters of a single mother, are vain, unfuckable bitches who grow up much like their mother without the steady hand of a father to fix the problem.
- Cinderella, a naturally feminine, kind, loving girl, is barred from getting to the ball -- a courting occasion to snag an eligible man -- by said single mother and her masculine-ish children.
- Cinderella is endowed with tremendous beauty and incredible clothing and servants by a fairy godmother. While some might like to interpret the fairy godmother as an older woman's wisdom, I think it's actually something far more powerful: Cinderella reaching female adulthood, when her feminine allure and ability to attract a man are at their absolute peak, shining harmoniously with the good character she already has from her youth.
- Consider how the magic works: it provides Cinderella with all the glamour and trappings necessary to attract the eye of a prince (and in fact does so when Cinderella reaches the ball), but it is strictly limited by time: when midnight comes, the spell is broken and Cinderella is left with nothing but her own good character to attract a suitor with. Your question for ten points: what manosphere concept starting with a 'W' does this sound like?
- As with many young women, Cinderella does not realise until the last moment that the ball is about to end and that the spell is about to wear off.
- While the magic does fade, it spares Cinderella's glass slippers. That's how the prince identifies her. Of course there's a lot to be said about the sexual subtext to the prince's men going round the kingdom trying on glass slippers, but I think this story element actually reflects something else: Cinderella's capacity to give children. The slippers are the smallest part of Cinderella, but they remain beautiful and the prince anxiously searches the kingdom for their owner. The slippers represent youth, fertility. They reflect the prince's realisation that this woman, Cinderella, has the breeding capacity for children as gorgeous as her -- good imperial genes. And again, the slippers are part and parcel of Cinderella's youthful beauty: no youth, no beautiful children.
- The prince is also a smart Red Pill guy. He's not willing to marry just anyone, and his family is putting pressure on him to do so. But even under that pressure, he recognises the one good woman out of the pretenders at the ball because of her allure and her character. He does not settle for the ugly stepsisters and their hanger-on single mother. He searches the entire kingdom for the one person who fits all of the criteria he has assigned himself for the right wife.

Some of it might be a stretch, and as said I know it's off-topic, but it was a sudden epiphany that hit me.

I don't think my account got activated but here are some highlights of my review of RVF as a place to work as a woman

- there is a company gym, but it only has a squat rack where the smallest plates are 100lbs
- the break room is only stocked with apple cider vinegar, zinc supplements and coconut oil
- the only maternity benefit they offered was a paternity test for the father.

it did get activated.

Quote:The Roosh V Forum is a brutal place for women to work. Its a mostly male staff there and I have to deal with them talking about "Feminine Women" all day and endure grunts of "Would bang" to every woman walking by on the street or appearing in a picture. That plus, they have a power lifting gym in the lunch room. What am I supposed to do with a squat rack where the smallest plates are 100 lbs? Its hard to get work done with weights smashing in the background. Plus, the break room is only stocked with apple cider vinegar, zinc supplements and coconut oil. The only maternity benefit they offered was a free paternity test for the father.

Here is a review someone else wrote about apple

Quote:Be more confident in addressing the micro-aggressions - THEY ADD UP. While overall it's a professional and fair place to work, the group chats and training sessions can be a breeding-ground for inappropriate and sexist jokes/attitudes, depending on w o's around. There were many women on my teams throughout my time in this position, and most of my direct managers were women. I didn't see evidence of gender coming into play for hiring or promotions, since this is such a data-rich field. Your numbers generally speak for themselves, and most decisions are made that way.

My trolling will blend in perfectly. Also, as a side effect its amazing to read the disparity of opinions between well paid bitches and retail slaves. Surprise, its not being a woman that matters, its being a cog that gets you stepped on.

Great troll job, maybe I should do a couple of fake reviews for some oil sands contractors to deter women from entering my field: no snatch in the oil patch!

God damned them all, I was told we'd cruise the seas for American gold, we'd fire no guns-shed no tears, now I'm a broken man on a Halifax pier, the last of Barrett's privateers!

RE: Fairygodboss...women review employers maternity policies
I remember being passed over for a supervisor role at a job years ago, which had the added benefit of more money per hour, for a woman who was everybodys darling. Nothing against her because she was nice and I believe she was from some Middle Eastern country.

Not two months after taking the position she falls pregnant "suddenly". Now because the supervisor role is considered a salary paid position she qualified for maternity leave and voila, she was gone a month later! Not even a bump and she fucked off with free money for the rest of the time and many months later I hear.

She never came back. Laugh

I was gone by this time but my friend took up the position and so instead of paying one person they were paying two.

I'm pretty sure they changed the policy regarding maternity leave for that company once they hit financial trouble. Serves them right. Fucking mugs.

Paracelsus, that was a great post. Why don't you make that a RoK article. The insight about the clock and the fairy godmother/reaching her peak was pretty good. I never looked at the story that way.

Should add another one.

I used to work at the RVF. What I really hated is that they had Draconian and patriarchal dress code laws. I had to wear a dress and heels, have no tattoos and hair that went past my shoulders.

When I had my child out of wedlock and I broke up with the baby daddy they made me carry a giant red flag on a pole with me everywhere in the office. I still don't know why but that was one of their maternity leave regulations.

Any info out there on the maternity policies held by Fairygodboss? (God that name gives me shivers)

I bet they are very sustainable for a small internet based business that is basically a scratching post for cunts.

no idea. the founders being interviewed were finance/wall street cunts that got laid off.

I agree, the name 'fairgod boss' makes me think they see their employers as sugar daddies.

So that site was created by two women? Wow, I have to salute them (honestly) because for once a woman came up with an original idea that actually may have some value. If these girls play this right they can pump the site up and then dump it for millions of dollars to one of the big media companies.

Is there any large employer review sites out there? Basically this site without the female/maternity angle. I imagine it would be a huge hit.

They should build a company, not a feature. There's nothing they can do to stop GlassDoor from rolling out the same feature tomorrow.

This is an excellent point.

For the aspiring entrepreneurs out there wondering how to stop people from copying your product/service, you'll get your answer when you've actually built a company.

Even with patent protection, most products can be copied, virtually all services can be.

A business, however -- a unique combination of products, brand name recognition, contacts and connections, reputation and satisfied customers -- cannot be easily copied or stolen.

Ur post gave me a trolling idea.

A similarly themed website called glassceiling.com. A place for our favourite corporate slaves to complain about the slavery they've indentured themselves to.

Run by us.

To provide laughs-a-plenty for some of our favourite threads...

Online hamster
Most beta
Etc...

Obviously more trouble than it's worth to the more established & elder of our mob, but an up & comer with time on his hands could execute this to much mirth & kudos.

Edit. I'm quite aware this idea is probably redundant. I find it hard to imagine that glassceiling.com would not have already been snagged by Victims Inc.

As vexing as this is, I actually support Maternity Leave policies. Countries with them have good birthrates (relative to other similar countries without them) because it's the lesser of two evils. Either she is lured to motherhood or she becomes a spinster.

This is pretty much the only time I support socialism, for pro-natal purposes.

Do you have examples? From this information https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_so...d_estimate it looks like the best way to have a high birthrate is to turn your country into an apocalyptic shithole with no maternity leave, no birth control or economic opportunity for women. For example somalia's rate is 5.99

Jordan (3.1) and Israel (2.7) are up there for some of the top birthrates for non shithole countries and they only have 10 and 14 week paid maternity respectively vs. 12 weeks unpaid in the USA (1.9) ...which is supposed to be the anti-christ of maternity leave.

The most generous country for maternity is Sweden (1.9) and my old home of Canada which offers a year off is shrivelled ball sacks low at 1.6

You sir, have been tricked by the socialist machine. Generous maternity seems to produce low fertility or have zero correlation (sweden/usa)
