I would welcome it if the cookie was made to remember whether I want to browse in mobile mode or use the full version on mobile devices. At least for as long as I don't sign out. Most of the time I'm on RVF with my phone and I much prefer the full version but every time I open the browser anew, I have to switch versions again. I imagine this to be a minor tweak not too difficult to implement.

I honestly think you should ONLY be able to rep dudes you know and have met. It keeps thr forum tight and it keeps the trolls easy to spot.

Not sure if it's been suggested or not but I have a couple of ideas:

Ability to tie your RVF username/profile with your RoK comment username.

Also:

Add "badges" of some sort showing the list of books by Roosh you have purchased. i.e. if you have bought "Day Bang" maybe a little icon that says "DB" or something. Or if you bought Lifes Work, same thing. Another badge for buying the Lecture video. Even "exclusive" badges for members who have attended actual live events (i.e. The Toronto Lectures, or the Roosh DC meetups).

This would accomplish to things: 1. Give new(er) members a way to stand out, so that they aren't assumed to be trolls simply because of no rep or low posts (I doubt a troll is going to buy Rooshs books just to troll) and 2. Let other members know who are real (i.e. the "Verified" thing the poster above mentions, but make it exclusive to Roosh events/people who have met Roosh)

Not only that, but while the EE section gains more traffic the Travel section probably gains more new members. Googling something like find x girls in y country will probably lead you to RVF. Its a strong niche that outdoes anything else out there.


The only thing that annoys me is members quoting everything when replying to someone. You don't need to quote the whole message, sometimes you are quoting a quote within another quote. Its especially irritating when someone quotes for pages long and then write a one line reply to that. It would be great if everyone could just quote what they would like to reply to.

I don't know if these were mentioned or not but:

-The mobile version of this forum is quite difficult to use on the iPhone or any other mobile platform. Page orientation is always wonky, text shows up in weird sizes etc. I usually have to flip my phone into horizontal mode and then flip it back to get the proper page view

-I can't rep members or like posts while in mobile mode, which comprises about 95% of my forum browsing. There are many members and posts I badly wanted to rep but couldn't, and then simply later forgot about it when on PC

-We have some older players that are seasoned veterans and a little bit more experienced than us. Mr XY comes to mind among others. I think if you're in your late forties or fifties, you should have a special badge of your own next to your username. These guys are in a different level with their amount of experience in both game and life. Their posts should be easy to recognize in some way above all of the other chatter. I know I value these guys' wisdom a bit more than the average poster

An a more trivial note, the blue and light grey color scheme on the display layout seems to cause significant eye strain after about 30 minutes of browsing.

I surf several different web forums and none of the others seem to cause this. It may be the intensity of the information heh

I've mentioned this before, it's partially the reason I don't read RVF on weekends, because I usually stay away from the computer. A mobile app would be nice particularly one that would have the post liking system working as well (since that's an add-on to MyBB it doesn't show up in mobile view either).

Well, you can go to their profiles and bring up a list of all their posts (or their liked posts).

What I would like to see, though I don't know if it'd bring the forum to the "next level" is a feature that allows you isolate all the most liked posts in any given thread. I wouldn't be surprised if myBB had a plugin for that.

We need a live IRC style chat that is embedded into the website, as well as have the ability to have people connect via mIRC and other IRC clients. Men need to communicate in real time and it would be an opportunity chat in real-time with other members who are online.

On the topic if badges, there should also be ones for the various "teams" that members are part of.

Team Salad, Team Apetizer, Team Rawdog, Team ACV etc.

These should also be available as real items of merchandise - t-shirts, patches, hats and the like.
