My original post was about how I thought Ryan BB ended up being a "Cuck" or whatever you'd like to call it.

Actually there's numerous calculators showing what happens to 40 million invested in the S&P 500 in 1974 and how that equates to close to what Forbes claims his wealth is today. If it uses the fair market value of properties that's hardly misleading considering one could then choose to sell them and move the investment elsewhere...

Trump's success has closely followed the S&P 500. It's not really a bad thing or indicative of poor performance. It's simply an indicator that Trump - like Bilzerian - is indeed a "trust fund" baby.

Where are you getting this from? Trump got a 1M loan from his father when he was just starting out in the 1960s, did well right from the start with real estate deals in Manhattan. This is well documented(not just by Trump).

We don't know how much he inherited from his father's death in 1974, I've read articles that claim he got anywhere from 40M to 200M in 1974 from the inheritance. If it was 40M, and he turned that, plus what he already made into 10B today, that is much more than outperforming the S&P 500.

How do you calculate the S&P 500 returns? If you use: http://dqydj.net/sp-500-return-calculator/ you get a 20x return from January 1974 until October of this year. That would be 800M not adjusted for inflation.
