Hey Guys,

First off, I鈥檓 brand-spanking new here and very excited to be aboard. I鈥檓 a Resident Surgeon and a passionate one at that. Smile I鈥檝e been following some of the posts over the years, especially that of Roosh V鈥檚 Colt Williams laidontinder of Girls chase.
I tried starting a new thread, however, I believe new members have to reply to about 100 posts before that becomes possible.

My online dating experiences has been quite a roller coaster ride, with the highs & lows. There was a time, where I received no love, however I made some tweaks which I鈥檒l show here later and
while I noticed an improvement from where I was, I鈥檓 still not currently not where I want to be.

I鈥檝e worked with many online dating profile e-docs & rather than bog you down and bore you with the painful details, I鈥檒l post the link I made in the RSD forums back in August, where you can
learn more about my story in further detail and how I arrived at this point.

I鈥檒l break this down by sites and would greatly appreciate your feedback on them:

I'm planning to take some more pics incorporating these principles:

OkCupid profiles:

dance_doctor
salsaman-o-matic (test / dummy profile in LA)
djapprentice

(please feel free to look through these profiles so you can see the pics I have up and have tested different combos with)

Sometimes, I鈥檒l get women just viewing me & never write or even respond when I write to them, and majority of beautiful, quality women who don鈥檛 even look at my pics to begin with as I noticed with the swiping feature. Average to minimal return as of late.

Tinder

I have a very diverse mix & read about some race barriers, I鈥檝e been doing pretty decent, but still coming up short with the blondes, brunettes, Asians, & Latinas, the rest seem to be ok for the most part. The former are the ones I really want.

Coffee Meets Bagel:

Cleaned up pretty well on this site, the funny thing is though, I鈥檓 tearing it up with the women 28+, especially in the 30鈥檚 but struggling to attract the college girls & lower to mid-20鈥檚. The same is true on the other sites.

I鈥檓 currently in the process of toning up & becoming ripped with Insanity (currently on week 3). Definitely seeing some results as I gained some weight last year during Residency, but went from 155 - 148.9 recently. So I鈥檓 planning to. I鈥檓 also planning to pose with a cute puppy as women claim they鈥檒l almost always swipe right.

Thanks so much for your help you guys & a word of advice based on Adam Lyons & Dave M's products, they claim the shirtless pic actually helps, but has to be on the beach & not your typical selfie shots. I have a crazy busy schedule, so don't have time to be on here that much but if there's anything I can do for you guys or any help you need, feel free to reach out to & let me know anytime.

Here's the remaining pics as I exceeded capacity in the last post:

Believe it or not, the brownie pics actually works for me, since I have basic cooking skills I learned from mom & Food Network

Sorry for the long post, but this is a continuation of pics.
SNLfan 路 2015-10-18 07:21:00 路 #4530
The pic with me buttoning up my suit jacket seems to be the strongest.

I'm planning to take new pics utilizing this principle:

(Might even help you guys out too)

The last of the pics, and thank you so much for your help!!

Your profile screams of beta provider, seems like you read every article on the internet about what women want and condensed it into your description.
Too many pics and trying too damn hard, no girl wants to see you practicing on a mannequin while claiming to be a doctor.
The fact that you want to tone and do insanity while weighing under 150 says you dont know anything about fitness.
Youre not gonna get a single hot young girl right now, youre not good looking, your body needs 2-3 years of work to look good shirtless and the fact that youre a MD is only gonna impress single moms or girls pushing 30 looking for a beta bucks.
If i were you i would only keep 3 pics and get rid of all the ones that have anything to do with medicine, what you want is to imply is that you have a lot of money based on a high paying job (the actual job is not important) so try to take a lot more pics that show a more luxurious lifestyle and sell that idea to the girls.

For your sake and ours don't keep those pictures up.

It seems you have put days of work into your online dating...but how much are you putting into actual approaching?

Doctor in NYC? Should have no problem bedding a few girls a year. Stay away from RSD, stick around here, and you should be fine.

This might help:

As others have pointed out, that profile has the word "beta provider" all over it. One picture about your profession is enough. That profile will attract girls who will score free dinners off you and then go bang some broke paki limo driver. Don't have too many pics up. One suited up pic, one pic with the surgeon costume, and another pic while you're out having fun is more than enough.

Don't make too much emphasis on your profession, yes being a surgeon is huge DHV, but casually mentioning it will score way higher points, in your current profile you give of the vibe that you're trying too hard. Translation of your current profile = Hey I'm a surgeon, please fuck me please, I haven't gotten laid in months, I make bank I can take you out and wine and dine you.

You should give off this vibe instead.

" I make 300k a year, its your chance to roll with a baller, if its not you it will be the next girl, I have no trouble getting laid, by the way I'm fucking the hot intern nurse"
redbeard 路 2015-10-18 13:10:00 路 #4535
I would even go so far to say not to have anything about your profession on your profile.

This way - you will only attract girls who are into you or your game.

Then, when you hit them with your profession, it's a 1-2 punch. "Holy shit, this guy is funny, hot, AND a surgeon?"

This will only work if the guy in question is at least a 7 in looks wise. The guy in question needs to get jacked up to hit the "7" mark, when he does he doesn't even need to mention that he's a surgeon.

SNLfan first thing I'd do is take those photos down. This forum isn't relegated to a small corner of the web like it once was and the last thing you want to do is fuck your money up. Secondly you're trying way too hard. Drop all of the MD stuff and focus on the vibe you give off. I know you don't have much time as a resident, but approach girls in real life and lay off of the online stuff. Use it as a supplement instead of your main source.

What is it with doctors anyway? Is there a uncontrollable internal impulse that they need every part of their identify to be identified by their job? Every female doctor's profile i've seen just screamed douchebag and I next them right away.

The coolest thing you could possible do it give a tiny hint of your career which I've literally never seen from anyone who is in medicine. This isn't to shit on you personally but to give you a reality check on how you should not only handle your online profile but on how you should handle people in real life(not saying you act like this in real life, but im going to assume so via your profile). Doctors have a tendency to let other people know very early in interactions what their job is and their title which is completely gross behavior. It's almost like they are social retards at times.

Have you met anyone in medical school? It's all-encompassing. The school itself takes 8 years, not including the 4 years in undergrad you use focusing all your energy on making the best grades in school and on the MCAT.

I adamantly suggest men avoid the doctor route but - that is for another thread. Dodgy

Yes I have. I get the insane commitment to it but it goes pass that. They could be 25 years removed from medical school cruising in a practice working low hours and still act the same way. Even in related practice fields with much easier schooling like chiropractors act similar. I literally once met a guy who told me he was a chiropractor within the first 15 seconds of meeting him in a social setting. Complete douchebag as it turns out.

As I said the coolest thing you could do is not say that and hold it back for the person to find out. I had a friend signed to a pro sports franchise which is something he dedicated his entire life since a child to achieving and I remember he would actively do the opposite and hint what his career was to people. Girls would fucking eat it up once they got it out of him he was signed to a sports franchise.

Yeah. That guy is doing what I mentioned above.

Some - actually MOST - of the best players I know have shit jobs. They know they have to use other means to get a girls attention, be it looks, swagger, etc.

Same deal with short guys. The short guys I know who get laid a lot are JACKED.

Chris talks about it here:

http://www.goodlookingloser.com/entry/sw...taposition

For me it was hard to get away from the nerdy engineer vibe for a while. Now - I have much more of a douchebag vibe, then when girls find out I'm an engineer, BAM 1-2 punch.

I would use the two bottom pictures on your second post, the one on the left as the profile picture. Photoshop them, use the brush, you can use photoshop express on the iPhone/Android to make sure it has the best colour as well. Get a third picture of you doing something, even of a distant shot where they can't see you so well - for this third picture I myself use a friend's picture in Panama somewhere, they can't tell it's not me.

Best advice is to not mention at all you are a surgeon. Say you work in the medical industry, get their vaginas warmed up. Tell them if they want more information they could perhaps have it over a drink. Now get these pictures out of here.

This is a great example on how not to do online gaming. If I were you, I'd only keep the pictures of you suited down.

Quote:Loving life & love to share a slice of fun with you.

My soul cringed reading through your bios. Delete everything. You're coming across as a needy nice guy who likes to give out free dinners. Stop trying so hard because it shows. The longer your bio is, the more a girl can learn what type of man you are from your writing style and word choice. Unless you're an international playboy casanova, that's a bad thing. Your first impression must be short, sweet, and mysterious. You want the girl to ask, "Who IS this guy?"

Younger, tighter girls don't care about your profession. If you come across as a cool guy with game, they'll bang you. Constantly mentioning your profession makes you look insecure. Like you are trying to compensate for something missing. It doesn't matter if you look like James Bond. That vibe drives girls away.

You already have pictures of yourself in a suit that look decent. Take 200 more across various locations and pick 10. From those, pick 5 and then 2. Three pictures is more than enough. Personally, I would have a picture of me and a girl(s) in there.

Don't mean to drop the hammer, but you need to work on it.

Wow guys, thanks for the harsh, but brutally honest feedback. At least you're keeping it real. I have a lot to say about this, but don't have the time now as I have patients to see and on call.

I tried taking down the pics, however, I received a prompt saying I can't delete after 60 minutes, I'd greatly appreciate if the moderators can remove all of my pics ASAP. Many thanks for your help as I see I have a lot of work to do.

I believe there is a way to remove them if you did it as an attachment on RVF vs a link from one of those image hosting sites.

Your first pic is awful because it looks like you have boobs. Just trying to help.

There was nothing harsh about the feedback the guys gave. They were just giving feedback. It was a neutral event. You give it the meaning. Whether it is harsh or not is up to your interpretation based on your life perspective.

Good luck!

I think first thing is shave your head (your hairline is too far-gone), grow a beard, and work out.

Try to look a bit meaner when you get your photo taken like you are slightly pissed off. Try to grin like you just heard a great joke, or something embarrassing just happened behind the camera to someone else. For someone nice like you imagine how an Angry Tiger Would Grin before attacking its prey. You need to overdo it right now just to break even. When you get better you will just relax and have fun, now isn't the time. This is DEFCOCK 5 time bro. DEFCOCK FIVE.

Your smile is much too nice, in fact until this changes you probably should only smirk and look away from the camera.

-This forum has a lot of enemies, so definitely remove your pics and any personal information (even your first name). Pm moderators if that's what it takes to remove the info, but don't ever link your nickname on RVF and your real identity unless you have chosen this path strategically (you clearly haven't).
-Based on your pics, the shorter the haircut the better. Maybe not completely bald, but kind of like what you have in pics 2 and 3 of the second post.
-OKC has a feature called Rate My Face. I would first drop obviously bad pics from your "rotation", then put the better ones though rate my face, probably several times to get more consistent results. Then choose 3-4 pics based on that and the feedback you got here.
-I don't think you should hide the fact that you are a doctor. It's a great status that takes a lot of time and effort to achieve. However, definitely don't try to jam it down everybody's throat at every opportunity. Be subtle about it.
-Read first date bang recipe and zero date bang recipe on this forum. Use them to avoid dinner whores, time wasters and other trash who will inevitably try to use you as a meal ticket.

Maybe it's been discussed before, but since the super like was introduced anyone encountering a bug whereby swiping left somehow gives that person a super like instead? It's ridiculous and it always happens with the ugliest and fattest cunts, as if Tinder was actively trying to troll me. I can only prevent it from happening by pushing the buttons but changing the swiping habit is hard.
