When you have empty rental real estate, you are going to make some serious dough in the next years. And the best part is that not even in posh areas will the other renters and owners be able to object to it. You could always say that your hands are tied and then merrily sign a 3-year contract. The taxpayer is paying for the bill and GDP is boosted for a short time.

The thing is, that even though the major of Oranje promised that the number of immigrants would never exceed 1000, at that time he already signed an agreement with the state in which was defined that Oranje would be capable of hosting 1400 immigrants if it was necessary. In fact, a subsidiary of the state was already hiring a bungalow park in Oranje at full capacity.

Though 700 immigrants were already in Oranje, half of the hired bungalow park was still empty up to yesterday. The contracts of the hire were already finished by September 2014: an entrepreneur well known for owning real estate in the area got a call by the state subsidiary whether he had any space for hire. Not according to the specifications they wanted, but he did mention his bungalow park with close to 300 bungalows which was barely getting bookings due to the financial crisis.

Two days later the contract was signed and literally over tomorrow the entrepreneur was reeking in profits again; his entire bungalow park was hired for a period of 3 years. And the major? He knew it. He would be personally receiving 280.000 euros per year (by the state) to support his administration with hosting the immigrants - and this money was prematurely based on Oranje its maximum capacity of hosting 1400 immigrants because they didn't want to variably keep changing the monetarily compensation for each immigrant which got in and out.

Today, early in the morning, two buses transporting the first batch of the 700 arrived in Oranje. Local residents tried blockading the roads to prevent the buses from entering, but the major was quick to intervene and mandate the civilians to let the buses enter because "there are families with children in those buses". The buses were escorted by the police to the bungalow park.

The state secretary of Safety and Justice has mentioned that this is the first time local authorities have been mandated to host more immigrants because there was an acute amount of immigrants which would illegally land on the streets otherwise. Even though the numbers match the contracts made with the local authorities, he was most likely referring to the circumvented formal promise the major of Oranje made.

I would like to think you are correct, but we are talking about massively indoctrinated people here, especially among young urban professionals who are overwhelmingly liberal.

Now I know that this may be a sensitive topic, but we shouldn't shy away from the issue. Stefan raises the important point that no one denies the fantastic genetic advantages of some black athletes - Kenyan runners for example. But then when IQ distribution is mentioned everyone goes crazy.

Also we should cut the Jewish people some slack there. An IQ difference of 17 points to the mean of 100 should account for some better jobs being occupied in addition to the inherent tribal nature of helping each other.

Certain East Asians also outperform Whites by a significant margin.

Yes the various races are sub species. Just like different breed of dogs. All dogs evolved from wolves, but when separated they changed characteristics. We know different breeds of dogs have different intelligence and temperament.

Humans all originated in Africa. All our ancestors are black Africans if you go back far enough. But certain tribes walked away from Africa and they changed as a result. The ones who walked to what is now Northern Europe had their pigmentation change because with the often overcast sky, they were not getting enough vitamin D, so the ones with the lightest skin survived and their kids had even lighter skin and so on. Incidentally, the ones who moved to other cold climates, like the Eskimos, did not become as white because they got their vitamin D from eating fish.

Anyway, the theory is that having a low IQ in these colder climates ( NW Europe and northern Asia) was more fatal. You needed intelligence and planning skills to make it through winter.

Yes; some, already wealthy, people will make money from these migrants, especially taking State money to host them...

But, these greedy property-owners, their gains will be short-term only.

Medium-term: the value of their properties will drastically drop, as migrants (especially Sub-Saharans) are very likely to destroy the quality of life in the neighborhood (thus torpedoing property-prices)...

Long-term: the whole society itself can crumble (Roman-Empire style) under the dead-weight of millions, soon tens of millions, of useless male migrants. At that (civil-war like) time, property titles will of course be worth nothing. Owning a gun will be more valuable than owning a building.

But Dusty, with all due respect, I'd like to point that this theory is, in Europe, often used by leftists and SJWs, to pretend that: "There is no such thing as races, we're all Africans, just more or less tanned, so let's get rid of borders" .

But... it is not that simple. Differences between people from Sub-Saharan Africa, and people from any other part of the World, are more than just skin-color. I question all of those theories. We don't know why races developed the way they did. The differences between Caucasians, Blacks, Asians and Indians can hardly be explained by sun or food alone. All the stuff I heard is not very convincing frankly.

Intricate epi-genetics will certainly bring answers to that, when we can map in detail the human genome. Currently that is still in the elementary stages with only some markers being known. Also there are other scientific topics in that regard that are currently completely ignored like bio-magnetic fields as supplements to genetic markers - science is not done yet with unraveling those mysteries. - Also they are a bit off topic.

What I would definitely acknowledge is destructive nature of food and toxins, inbreeding and r-selected breeding. The less inbreeding there is and the more k-selected breeding we find (mate selection by parents mostly based on material success, intelligence etc.) the higher the intelligence will edge over time. If women decide who impregnates them, then often the one who generates the biggest tingles will win and those men are seldom the smartest kids on the block. That's what we find in many African countries in addition to close inbreeding.

Sun, vitamin D, survival of the species in the far north - that is difficult to assess and a lot is speculation in my personal opinion.

You are right, it is exactly the same kind of empty promises we got at the beginning of the crisis, when the EU said that they were going to "destroy the traffickers' boats on Libyan shores" (a total lie: not one boat has been destroyed! not one!)

Every time the EU feels that European global public union is boiling, they invent a soothing lie: first they were going to stop the Sub-Saharans on Libyan shores, now they will "send them back by plane"...

Yeah sure... Every illegal migrant knows that they just have to refuse to confess their original citizenship, and there's no way to deport them to... which country exactly?? No way the EU can deport any migrant without proofs of his country of citizenship...

The thing is, I actually don't believe that the EU's "we're doing something" propaganda is going to be successful. Here's why.

It's because of the way these people act and will always act. Despite whatever the EU elite may want, these people are never going to be "Europeanized." Meaning they're always going to act in the manner just described - hostile, ass-backward, and entitled. As long as people continue to see this happen in their neighborhoods, no amount of "we're doing something" is going to be enough. When the crime wave really starts, it's going to take off even more. I think the EU elite went too far too fast this time. It's a sure sign that they believe in their own invincibility, which is also the first sign of a decaying regime.

If the propaganda is now changing from "support these people or you're a racist" to "see? we're doing something," it shows you that progress is beginning to be made. Despite how bleak it appears, the narrative is crumbling - and the more they push, the faster it will crumble.

You can only lie to people for so long. And this is one, big, huge, gigantic lie that pretty much everyone that isn't either a plutocrat or an SJW can see.
