Quote:THE gunman who shot dead a police staffer was a 15-year-old who had visited Parramatta Mosque on his way to commit murder.
The teenager, a naturalised Australian of Iraqi-Kurdish background who arrived with his family from Iran, had walked to the police headquarters in Charles Street from his home in north Parramatta before opening fire on a civilian police employee.
The victim was identified as Curtis Cheng, a 17-year veteran of the police finance department, Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione said today.
Mr Cheng — a father-of-two, of a son and a daughter — was shot in point blank range by the teen as he left work yesterday just after 4.30pm.
Speaking at a press conference today, Mr Scipione said the attack was “politically motivated and therefore linked to terrorism”.
Police are today trying to trackdown the teenage killer’s family who may have left the area.
Witnesses have told The Saturday Telegraph that after shooting dead the civilian employee, the teenager ran up and down in front of police headquarters waving his handgun in the air and shouting: “Allah. Allah.”
It was then that two special constables on security duty ran from the police building and shot the gunman dead.

They cut the benefits in half and are requiring the asylum seekers and refugees to do something for their money. Finland is now going to adopt the same system: the amount of money they will get will be very, very low and they are required to actively seek integration and assimilation by working (like picking berries or cutting trees in the forest), learning the language and that kind of stuff. So, Finland won't be a paradise where you get lavish amounts of money for nothing.
Also, Finland is in the process of tightening the criteria of asylum for people from Iraq and Somalia. Iraqis are the biggest group of asylum seekers, about 90%. There was a poll and almost 90% want them to tighten the criteria significantly. It's starting to look better right now, the only problem I see are the asylum seekers going crazy when they get rejected and the authorities try to deport them.

I have seen this video - and maybe I am being dumb - but it seems clear that Europe can easily absorb the numbers involved.

Buddy - there is only one real /pol guy here from Poland that I know of who posts sometimes and he lives in the Ukraine now. All other guys who post from /pol are Westerners like me or Roosh who happen to live here.
Currently there are Canadians, Austrians, Americans, Israeli, British men of various races I might add who post under the Polish flag. The only more frequent Polish poster has a Ukrainian flag on it, though he may visit Poland more frequently.
Also what do you mean /pol/ is and does? That's some might sneaky allegations coming guns blazing from post Nr. 1!

There is a humanitarian disaster going on. And if Europe cannot unite to help prevent such a thing, then it will be to our eternal shame.

Just curious what your main criticisms of the video are?
I know it seems a bit soft and SWPL. But I am just curious as to what concrete points you disagree with?

I think there are good (assimilated) American ones - the middle eastern ones are just a fucking wreck, the UK and "naturalized" Euro ones are the very scary ones.
Maybe I'm venting of somewhat of an insecurity on my part, even though I'm not apart of any religion.
Maybe it'll give people insight.

I am neither left or right wing. I am just trying to understand the situation and see what the best solution is.
If people have a better idea then they should try promoting their views better since the video I linked to is pretty persuasive.
It would be good to see a snappy 5 minute video that laid out an alternative point of view.
In the battle for 'hearts and minds' - the lefties (if you want to call them that) seem to be winning.
I am still not sure if that is a good thing or not. I am open minded on this topic.

That sounds unbelievable to me, I can't grasp why anyone would be so stupid.
In only 6-7 months you can have large, cohesive islands of belligerent outlier immigrants that can challenge with violence their right to no-go zones if that's not already happening.

Also - for what it is worth - I think Islamic terrorism in Europe is largely overplayed.
I live in the UK - and in the past decade - just a single person has being killed by Islamist terrorists. And even in that case - the terrorist involved was clearly mentally deranged. He was literally frothing at the mouth and talking to himself when he was caught.
