The story
One of my girls feels lower abdominal pains and goes to the hospital. She is diagnosed with a urine blabber infection.
The female Gynecologist asks her about her sex life.

Did some checking, and talked with a doctor. Those infections are common, and may be (or may not be) related to multiple partners.

Yes, infection and most commonly candida can be due to any number of reasons including : poor wiping skills (wiping back to front), poor hygiene (not cleaning the cooch), fucking lots of random dudes with poor hygiene, diet, random bacteria, an act of god, etc..

The real nasty one (i've never experienced) is bacterial vaginosis. I've heard of it but i've never been with anyone skanky enough to actually have it. This one is actually a pretty good indicator of a woman who fucks a lot.
