I for one am glad this thread was allowed to go on. I was lucky enough to catch as it developed. It had a little bit of everything and was both enlightening and very entertaining. Here's my recap in pictograph style:

Op shows up acting all menacing like:

As someone that's met and talked to Divorco I'll cosign too. I agree he's well-meaning but obviously has a few social...ah...quirks? Who among us could be considered completely "normal"? Not many I'd wager. Although in talking about game I got the sense that there's still an element of game denialism in him. Hopefully he comes around.

I think age has something to do with it, harsh as that sounds. Sometimes you really can't teach an old dog new tricks. In observing my own dad, and observing my own thought patterns changing over the years, I think a lot of guys' beliefs only become more concentrated and focused as they get older, even if they're wrong. I seem to remember my dad being more open minded about things and open to discussing possible avenues before coming to a conclusion.

Now it's just, "Goddammit listen to me, I'm 70 years old and a Vietnam vet. I know what the fuck I'm talking about."

In other news, I really think there should be an automated alert system for the forum. Some button that vetted members can click, "Hall of Fame" or something, that sends out an alert via email or text. I can't believe I missed this shit.

Just now finding this thread. What a ride. So many lessons can be learned, and plenty of people have summed it up with quality posts. I do have one thing to add:

I checked out her OKC profile, and something seemed a bit...off. For some reason, I had the distinct feeling this was a more impressive troll than we might have thought. So I reverse image searched her pics and found this:

That is, of course, assuming that her given OKC profile is genuine.

I just checked out her given OKC profile today. Maybe she's since changed it up? I don't know for sure, but if you look, the current OKC profile pics are definitely the same girl.
