This is just aggressive attention-whoring at its finest. I don't see anything particularly egregious about what this dude did here. The man sent 5 very simple messages in 5 months. They're all short, quick feeler/introductory messages that take very limited thought, time, and/or energy to compose. Yeah, we can say that he was "chasing" her, but how much "chasing" are you really doing when you expend close to zero time and energy in the process and are probably doing the same with multiple women?

Her angle here is obvious. The only reason he is able to DM her to begin with is the fact that she follows him. She doesn't need to follow Duke Williams. A simple click of the "unfollow" button would have put an end to this. Blocking him would have put an end to this.
