Cultural tipping point has been reached
In technical analysis of stock trading, there are "resistance levels", upper levels which are repeatedly tested, and if they are decisively broken the stock can go parabolic, soaring upwards before eventually establishing a new normal.
It seems to me that liberal ideology in USA has recently reached new heights, soaring free after establishing new normals with the acceptance of. transsexuals and gay marriage.
Conservatives seem completely demoralized and crushed, either embracing the novel new correctness or remaining silent. Southern white culture, a holdout of regionalism and individualism, is being demonised and smashed. Religion is declining faster than it has ever before, and the USA seems for the first time to be on the way to joining other western countries where Christianity is a private, minority affair.
In light of the current mood, it is difficult to see a republican winning next year. Importantly, there is little of the second-term fatigue that is common in the political cycle.
After the cultural upheavals of the 1960s, conservatives had to grit their teeth and take it. The country had decisively changed. Looks like it is happening again, but with little of the exuberance and creativity. Instead, sour conformity is the order of the day.
See you in Bangkok, gentlemen. I will be the guy with a Latin dictionary in one hand, a cigar in the other and a rueful smile. Making my money from the remaining folks with it in the USA, the top 10%, and spending it among the deserving locals in Asia.

This seems reasonable, and I could be like the guy calling to buy just when the top has been reached. But it just seems recently that the right is completely defeated. Take the Oregon bakery that was ordered to give $135,000 to the lesbian couple when they refused to cater their wedding. The bakery went bankrupt. Also, they were ordered not to complain about it. Yes, that's right, they were gagged by the court. There was just no organised or visible conservative response to this. Perhaps because they have no base in the media. No media power, academia is left-wing...the right, middle America, seems to be over. Individuals of this class that I have contact with (FaceBook etc) seem to be drifting to the left, rats leaving the sinking ship. The kids of Christian moms and dads are going atheist.
Sure there will still be a hard-core remnant, the religious, proud Southerners and gun owners, etc., but it's hard to see them being politically or culturally relevant.
Note, I'm not a conservative in the American sense, and I despise the neocons and the religious right, but they were a counterweight in the past.
Of course, all bets are off if there is a Soviet-stye meltdown and reset. But that cure could be worse than the disease, and it may not happen soon or at all.

RE: Cultural tipping point has been reached
Next item on the agenda is doctor assisted suicide.
https://www.yahoo.com/health/california-...21077.html
A terminally ill single mom who has been given months to live is fighting the state of California for the right to die. Now, a judge has ordered an expedited review of her suit, which will be heard later this month.
Los Angeles attorney Christy O’Donnell filed a lawsuit in May, asking the state of California to allow her doctor to prescribe life-ending medication without criminal prosecution so that she can end her life before her terminal lung cancer does.
O’Donnell was diagnosed last summer with stage IV cancer in her lung that spread to her brain, spine, rib, and liver. Her chemotherapy treatments have lost their effectiveness, and she’s expected to live only a few more months.
“If my liver fails, my stomach will become huge, painful, and distended,” O’Donnell tells Yahoo global news anchor Katie Couric in a new interview. “And with the bone tumors, there’s not really any medication they can give me that’s going to take away the pain.”
Chance favors the prepared mind.
My strength lies solely in my tenacity.

We are in the Weimar Republic stage of the cycle. The social decline will continue as long as people are still fat, dumb, and comfortable. Economic prosperity creates its own disease. Liberalism is that disease. Nothing will change until an economic collapse, after which the natural impulse of humanity for order out of chaos will assert itself. As we speak our leader is being born in a manger. We are waiting for the savior.

RE: Cultural tipping point has been reached
I feel it is most appropriate to post the ending of my long entry about the craziness we saw last month:
Quote:Since it is the 4th, we can take inspiration from the great Americans of the past. On a cold December night in 1776, George Washington, with the odds massively against him, and struggling against a tide of bitter defeat for months on end, wrote "Victory or Death" on a note as he planned an audacious, all-or-nothing move. In an incredibly complex operation, he led his little shanty army across an ice-swelled Delaware River to defeat a sizable Hessian force in Trenton, New Jersey. It was do or die for the cause, and he did.
This is the situation we are facing today. We may lament, but we cannot feel sorry for ourselves. There are no other options but victory or death - the death of our liberties, our identities, and the beauty of our civilization. GamerGate proved that victory is possible. Now we must follow through with vigorous campaigns in other sectors. The only alternative is death.
We will continue on, because we have no other choice.

RE: Cultural tipping point has been reached
With the surrendering of that which was once considered normal and every day common sense to the speech and thought police, the passage of gay marriage which will lead to other deleterious things and, of course, feminism/female empowerment which has been on a tear in this society for some time now, America is ceasing to be a 'good' country.
When Alexis de Toqueville, a French statesman, traveled to America in the 1830s to discover the incredible success of the new country, he determined why it was becoming known as the greatest country on earth.
DeToqueville's conclusion on why America was a great country:
"America is great because she is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, she will cease to be great."
One planet orbiting a star. Billions of stars in the galaxy. Billions of galaxies in the universe. Approach.

I actually sympathize with this woman, cancer eats you alive and is very painful. As it stands the doctor can only help her with the pain, she might over do the pills and do herself in , but she wants out for sure. We have the death penalty in America for murderers, but innocent people suffering from terminal late stage illness cannot get assisted death due to American law. Seems kind of odd don't you think?

Well it already has a niche: men's self-interest. What it really needs is more marketing. Young men need to be equipped with the understanding that society has their injury at heart. Then they can take precautions and make appropriate decisions.
What we really need is Men's Unions. The State will not be able to hurt men if they all refuse to cooperate, and they unite and resist.
So many more men are going to be ground up in this system, and society's general rot is going to accelerate. I'm not sure how, but the word needs to be spread. There needs to be at least equal ranks of Men's Unionists standing toe-to-toe with the social leftists, and we need to spread the word that the Left are the evil oppressors and extremists with at least equal volume to their claims of the opposite.
This is why Roosh's idea of Return of Kings was a great idea. We need to create new avenues of media. But we also need to start gutting the audience of the mainstream media. Men simply should not be watching mainstream media. I don't, and I will not have it playing on any TV or radio in my house. It is anti-male, anti-family, anti-liberty, pro-social-discord poison.
Above all else, the Manosphere needs to market itself.
