I`m a huge Mike Mentzer fan - amazing body and i loved how he bucked the system of volume training.

I also like Robby Robinson & Frank Zane - amazing physiques!

Mike Mentzer's HIT is very much like Max-OT, hence it's a program I believe in.

Frank Zane is a legendary bodybuilder, back in the old days when there was no creatine or whey, Frank Zane had the physique of a 21st century bodybuilder, all while being natural.

Don't waste your time with HIT.

Mentzer didn't even really do HIT as the way it's prescribed in his book.

Much better stuff out there for the non drug enhanced trainee.

Look into things like Starting Strength, Jamie Lewis's blog Chaos and Pain, and Martin Berkhan's blog Leangains.com are great resources.
