This isn't a data sheet or anything, just some of my observations from being there 10 times and being married to a costena.

Very diverse looks and plenty of bangable women. On average not as hot as girls from Medellin or Cali, but you'll find plenty of hot girls and they don't have or need the plastic surgery that they do in Medellin/Cali.

Then go to the same hotel at the same time. Lots of American guys will be around so you won't feel so alone. Plus you can sit in the hotel lobby and wait for the girls that are there to meet gringos.

My first time in Colombia, by chance, I stayed at a hotel that was having a marriage tour event. Quite the eye-opener... 500 girls over 2 nights for like 13 American dudes to choose from. I've been in barranquilla for 2 weeks now, and I'm seeing a large amount of nice racks. More that than other things. Also I'm seeing the ridiculous friendliness of costenas. But i haven't experienced even a small amount of flakiness yet.

For top notch counts in Colombia, the coast is where its at. I remember when I was sick like a dog for 5 days in Cartagena and Santa Marta, but 2 girls still obliged me and came to my cheap hotel.
