No, I don't want any problems so am unlikely to try that. There are lots of places nearby to kill 6 months in rather than heading back to the EU. Croatia, Serbia, Britain, Albania, the Ukraine, Morocco, Israel, etc. I'm just saying, if somebody wants to 'beat the system', it might be possible if they haven't stamped your passport and you want to chance it. Although if they question you, you might want to have fake receipts 'proving' you were not in the EU if you're telling them you were somewhere else during that time period.
