It's ok, my pipeline is so vast at this point that I have another who seems eager to come meet me in an hour.

It varies man, depending on how interested I am in the girl (physically), sometimes I'll batter through these attitude defences but you are right, most of the time I am just walking off, I feel pride doing this.

This might be a long post guys, just a warning.

Let's call this night the Red Pill Double Date.

A little relevant background: As some of you have figured out or observed through my posts, I have a gf. I met her shortly after reading Roosh and gradually but surely making a lot of red pill choices in my life. This includes not giving a fuck about any girl. You can imagine how well this worked on her.

Somehow, she's stuck around. She must have broken up with me a dozen times, and I've fucked well over that many girls while I've been with her. (Obviously she doesn't know that) Why am I with her? She's Filipina, I'm white, you do the math. She brings me food or cooks for me, does my laundry, the sex is still great. I like her. The last time she broke it off I said, "That's fine, you need to go find a guy who's a better boyfriend. I want to hook up with other girls anyway." She called me two days later wanting to get back together, and I said, "Only if we have regular threesomes". She agreed.

So last night she tells me one of her friends is in town. Her friend bought her bf from New York, and would I like to get dinner with them? Sure. They're going to A Frame, one of my favorite spots in L.A. I figure if all else I can just eat and stay out of the conversation. I hate double dates.

Immediately on meeting her friend and the friend's bf, I instantly start think of the forum. HOLY SHIT WAS THIS GUY BETA. He was the most shy, awkward, introverted hipster I've ever met. He wouldn't make eye contact with me or anyone else. He literally looked like he was going to cry from being out in public. Pale, receding hairline, electrical engineer that lives on long island.

We sit down and shit could not be more uncomfortable. Fortunately the girls were chatting it up and catching up, I wanted to make some conversation with this guy but he was literally staring down at the table. "Fuck it" I think, and start looking at the menu.

Then I start overhearing the girl's conversation. At some point the girl (not mine) starts talking about an ex, right in front of this guy, on a double date. Then she does it again. And again, and now different guys. I'm not just uncomfortable, but start getting mad for the guy sitting across from me. How can he not care?! If any bitch ever started talking about an ex, at the dinner table, in other people's company, goddamn right I'm taking her outside to set shit straight.

If I made a list of shit that annoyed me or pissed me off it's take two pages. While they're ordering this bitch is resting her head on the beta's shoulder. She's talking about him in 3rd person like he's not even there. She's making little cracks at him, and he just sits there and take it.

Finally I'd had enough. So I start dominating the conversation. I start talking about relationships, women, funny observations that I have, and the mood shifts big time. The girls are giving me some lip about my generalizations and assumptions and I'm shooting them down in proper form. The guy slowly but surely looks up, I see him grin. "Alright! C'mon motherfucker!" I'm thinking in my head. I keep it light and playful, I'm teasing both girls, I start talking about girls in the room, then I look at one of the waitresses. She's cute, but a total ditz and she's literally dancing to some song playing overhead, dancing like a total retard, but I think it's cute, so I whisper to my girl, "Hey, (pointing to the waitress) what do you think?" "NO. Jesus, you're so inappropriate." Her friend perks up and says, "What?" My girl responds, pointing at me, "Thedude3737 wants to have a threesome". I reply, "That's the only reason I got back together with you."

BOOM!

Even the guy leans back laughing. Both girls are shocked. From this point forward I'm just crackin' em left and right, dropping red pill RVF-prescribed madness in every other sentence. You could feel it cut through the veil of bullshit in the dining room.

And I also find out why the other girl kept dropping references to exes: They're in an open relationship. It all came together in my head. Not only was this guy a beta, but the girl is too. Both not-very-attractive people in their 30s, can't figure out their love life, completely nihilistic and socially turned-off, living in NY. What a dismal display of humanity.

After we all left, my girl says to me, "You know, I know you're like this all the time with me, but do you think you can tone it down while you're with my friends?"

I say "Sure", and start thinking about the two new girls that are coming over to my place this week.

Everyone who works out needs to get some lifting straps and go do heavy ass shrugs. Guys rarely do shrugs and if they do its with like 135lbs. I've been doing them for a month once a week (deadlift/back day) and they've fucking exploded. Makes your neck/shoulders look great. I suggest doing high rep warmup sets then a few singles/triples even using your legs to help the weight up I'm doing:

Just lost total respect for some guy at work. He works in a different department but he comes over to see his dumpy, lesbian looking wife with a man's laugh. They gave out condoms plastered with stuff about aids, like a big sticker that says AIDS awareness. I grabbed a bunch and when I used one later the girl looked at me horrified. I had to reassure her they were normal condoms and I didn't have AIDS.

I've also noticed that the only posters on campus containing straight white males are those for the sexual asault posters theres one with 5 white guys from the football team saying "don't rape her bro" or something. There are plenty of non-whites on the football team and other sports team. Theres also one around for anti-drink spiking at frats. Again only white guys.

Every single other flyer on campus has smiling, cute but not too cute girls, fat chicks, and extremely skinny/effeminate/non-white dudes.
