Above, was Ghana as a new Independent nation in its small window of stability. During this stable time, of about 10 years from 1957-1967 Ghana had one of the fastest growing economies on the globe and was more developed than (South) Korea. Both South Korea and Ghana achieved their own Independence roughly around the same time and Ghana was ahead development wise at the start.

You can tell this was African design because during this period African designers had an obsession with modernism and futuristic type designs. Geometric fused with tribal flare, and the still African stubbornness to not build above a set number of stories. This departed from the ornate style of colonial style buildings that they did not want to replicate.

If Africa had a non-rocky path it would likely just be like South East Asia in the major cities.

It would likely look like this:

It gets even better he had a hard-on for a not very realistically drawn cartoon villain and even made a toon 'fore the deed.

RE: Forum "Lounge" - Everything goes!
Re: Ghana after 1957

At the time of decolonization, the Ghanaian treasury had a surplus built up during the colonial era. Times were good thanks to high prices for cocoa and other raw materials. Soon the money was squandered and Nkrumah started weeping during a cabinet meeting when he realized there was actually no money at all left.

At the time of decolonization, much of the Ghanaian elite had been raised in missionary boarding schools and studied at Western universities. They knew something about discipline and respected knowledge. The University of Ghana was well regarded, Norbert Elias (of "The Civilizing Process" fame) even taught there in the 1960s.

Nkrumah had no clue about management and his companions were incredibly corrupt. Then it got even worse in the 1970s and early 1980s. Only Western demands brought structural changes to the economy in the 1980s and democratization in the 1990s, getting the country at least somewhat on the right track again. However, the country's elite is extremely complacent as they much prefer skimming off the top than opening the gates for regular people to have opportunities.

Most Ghanaians like white people and carry no grudge because of colonialism. They appreciate that whites brought schools and Christianity. It is only within the elite, who have always sought to dominate other blacks through appeals to racial solidarity, that the persistent nursing of grievances continues. There can be little doubt that in terms of development, many African countries would have been better off today if colonialism had continued. But of course, it feels much better to be pissed and spat on by people with the same skin color.

Ghana has been independent for more than 60 years now. I could go into the details of its failures, but let me just say: it's no South Korea.

You need to work harder. One big client is not a reliable way to earn money. Several good clients is much better. Don't celebrate to quickly and consider locking down one or two more clients before spending a lot of that money.

Also, there's a thread for business and entrepreneurial discussions.

"I can count on one hand, literally, the number of women I have ever met that can take that kind of advice, accept it and make use of it without their epic egos setting metaphorical fire to the conversation.

Most women "looking for advice" are in reality looking for someone to validate their cosmic victimhood, because it's not really their fault, because it's never their fault. This behavioural trait isn't absent among men, but when we fail society cares not, while when women fail there is no shortage of comforting platitudes on offer from every vector.

The similarities between the sex with her and driving her base model maserati are too many to mention. She looked and behaved like shed be a good time, but once I got inside and took over, there wasn't much there.

Today I feel almost sorry for that girl. She is only 27 years old, and her whole idea of success, and how she measures herself as a person are tied to some materialistic belief.

On top of he leased Maserati, she rents an apartment for $5400 a month. RENTS! This is in one of those buildings that throws a wolf stove and a quartz countertop in a standard building and calls it luxury. Her business is a franchise, so its not like she created anything there. She has no family near her, only employees and associates, and what sounds like a string of meaningless fucks.

I also own a wolf stove (and a FiveStar the greatest range ever. I could smelt shit with all those BTUs) and I use it to cook for lots of family and lots and friends. If the shit hits the fan, those stoves are mine.

This woman is so caught up with the image of being someone, but she has nothing of real value. This is why she had to get the seafood tower. Not because she's a pescatarian like me, because it looks good on Instagram.

When I was her age, I was winning the war on terror, seeing the world, and developing life long friendships. It saddens me to think she's missed out on so much of that because she chasing some stupid version of reality. The bitch's hair is even fraudulent.

All that being said I will absolutely fuck her again.

Aloha!

The funny part is that I have more African friends than US blacks who grew up in the West.

I visited only Togo, but talked with a few about the conditions. It is no South Korea.

Unfortunately Liberia is a good example of a country founded by freed US blacks which did not have any colonists - it does x-times worse on almost all metrics than the surrounding countries.
[Image: Monrovia__Liberia.png][Image: 140923_HIST_MasonicTemple.jpg.CROP.origi...iginal.jpg]

This is the capitol city - the others are worse.

Africa can make it over time, but you must not commit the error of discounting massive differences of populations between Germany or Sweden. Germany was largely bombed to smithereens and South Korea was right after the war in the 1950s. But countries like Germany, South Korea and Japan have a disciplined high-IQ population who have excellent work-ethic. You give them straw huts and within 2 generations they will have a thriving country.

Now that said - I agree with Excelsior that IQs and work ethic can improve over time, but is not there yet. The globalists by the way don't want a smarter African population. They intend to settle 100 mio. + of Chinese in Africa, let many marry Africans and dominate the black continent over time via a softer form of colonialism. At least many of their future leaders will be half-black, so I guess it is not the best of plans, but a plan.

The Black Panther movie looks good - plenty of masculine men, hot girls and a glimpse of what African cities can look like in the future some day.

Liberia was a pretri-dish by the USA. It had foreign hands all over it but the USA quickly dumped it when it could not get any traction on the project.

Only country not muddled by Western hands was Ethiopia which would be a leader in Africa if it wasn't geographically isolated and landlocked. You need Martine access to bolster trade and military, no great country has ever been landlocked. In older days Ethiopia would have continued to fight and battle to achieve full coast access.

If this were the "old days" a few century amago when war was common, Countries like Djibouti, Eritriea, and Somalia would all be fudementslly differ the and ether not exist or be fragmented the ensure Ethiopian control of the region and coastal access. The country has mountains protection on one side and then would just have to fight off Muslim expansionist the biggest challenge get would be the remedy the beef with Eritrean tribes but that all could of been done over time.

RE: Forum "Lounge" - Everything goes!
http://www.thecollegefix.com/post/33400/

Quote:Historically black college must pay white professor nearly $5 million for racial discrimination

Quote:Beverly Wilkins, a white woman from a poor family, steadily rose through the ranks of Missouri’s Harris-Stowe State University, from adjunct to full-time instructor (off the tenure track). She had regular contract renewals for eight years and “excellent reviews” within her majority-black Teacher Education Department, according to the appeals court’s summary.

When Latisha Smith was temporarily made co-chair of the department, “a faculty member” complained to top university officials that Smith had “repeatedly proclaimed her belief in ‘black power'” and her “flagrant prejudice should not be tolerated or accepted.” One of those officials told the complainer to drop it or any chance at tenure “would be jeopardized.”

Smith was later made dean, becoming Wilkins’ supervisor, and she apparently exacted her revenge by putting Wilkins’ name on a termination list as part of a budget-neutral “reorganization” that saw two faculty members dumped and their positions rehired later.

Harris-Stowe is required by its own policies to terminate non-adjunct instructors with less seniority – two of which, both African Americans, had less than Wilkins – yet the university refused to tell her why she was dumped. Despite acknowledging that Wilkins had accused them of race discrimination, the university never investigated her claims, which also violated its own rules.

The case seems to have been proven beyond doubt.

Men should realize that not only White Supremacy/Nazism are unhelpful ideologies - the current stuff about Black Power/Oppression Olympics also clouds your judgement and poisons your mind.

[Image: quote-racism-is-not-dead-but-it-is-on-li...4-0482.jpg]

Seems like the PC culture backfired in this case. Also no surprised that it was a women who cost the college so much cash. Barefoot and pregnant keeps most of them happy and not infused with SJW-bullshit causes.
