The incubation period is up to 2 weeks and in the beginning it is just itching. Then you get the red sores and later need to wash everything in your apartment.

There is an awesome Puerto Rican dish called "cuajito". It's like a Tripe stew. Made with chicken Tripe, but i'm sure there's a beef version of it. Tastes delicious and very good if you're sick. It's made in such a way that the tripe itself is very tasty and rich. Can't wait to have it again.

If Elvis saw this show he would have shot the TV down at Graceland.

OK. You can watch these shows pretty fast with the recorder box nowadays. Here's my recap:

No abortion yet for Lena Dunham. She's either gonna give it to some gays or "coparent" with some damn droopyface guy that must be her old boyfriend. He could do so much better that her in real life or on th show.

As for me, I am both proud and feeling rather stupid about myself.
I hadnt taken a single day of rest in more than 6 months from my usual endurance training.
It had to take my friendly local trainer mate to tell me that yes,I was overtrained and that I needed at least two days of rest in the week and suggested how to break them in the week.

Today,after resting one day, I was able to break and reach a new personal mark with the jump rope : 2 hours!

Proud because I ve invested myself for so long in order to be able to reach this level.
Stupid because damn, I knew I should have rested in order to increase my performance.
