Yes and no - I know hotties who are on Instagram and never reach her kind of publicity.

Yes, he was promoting her and disguising it a little by trying to make it look like he was giving another lesson in persuasion. I know that feel... quitting Twitter is hard.

I used to have a serious smartphone addiction, constantly checking it. To some extent I still do, but it turned out I mostly had a Twitter addiction. I decided to delete the app from my phone and only access it from a computer. So I check it in morning or evening once, and that's it. It has dramatically decreased my phone usage. Unless you're using Twitter to grow a following, I highly recommend doing this (if you can).
