How do you deal with a girl who, when you meet her (informal date), repeatedly tells you that she doesn't like guys who play games, who don't call back right away, etc?

Ok, these are things girls say, but never met one who say it explicitly on a date.

From her discussion, I guess she was recently pumped and dumped (a solid 8 chasing a guy... and speaking about this many times).

At one point she told me that if a guy is interested, he should text her the day after the date...

Thoughts?

If she's talking about other guys in front of you, it's probably dead in the water.

I'd forget about her for now, and go for several different girls at once.

In the future, do what you can to frame conversations so that girls don't have a chance to even mention other guys. You have to guide the dialogue, otherwise they'll walk all over you.

I would laugh and make a comment that suggest she might not be worth texting/calling/whatever she's complaining about. When you do that, she is inclined to prove you wrong, which plays into your hands.

Girls are predictable. Look bored with her and make the waitress laugh, then say something nonchalantly about how some girls are more desirable than others.

When she starts going on about not liking guys who play games, you should look very bored. Make it obvious. Look around the bar (or whever you are) and if she doesn't stop, cut her off and say "be right back" and go take a walk. When you come back, don't offer an excuse, just start talking about something you want to talk about. If she eventually starts with that nagging shit again, lean back in your chair to put some distance between you and her and start looking around again. Stare at other things intently...make it obvious she doesn't have your attention. If she calls you out for being rude, aloof, or otherwise disengaged, tell her something like "Well I didn't plan on having to listen to your insecurities the whole night. How about we forget about what you don't like and focus on what we both want."

An alternative approach is to give her shit when she starts talking about all these "rules." Ask the waitress for a pen and small piece of paper (in front of the girl) and when the girl starts going on about these bullshit rules, start writing shit down. When she asks what you're doing, tell her something like "girl, you have so many rules I have to write this shit down to keep track." Use your own language best suited for your personality, but just keep in mind:
1) It's all about you. Forget what she thinks about or wants from men.
2) When she does something obviously stupid and annoying, let her know in an obvious way. Bottom line here is don't let her get away with treating you like a beta in any way, shape or form.
3) Play it cool and be in control. No matter what you do, if you play it cool, you can make it work. You need to take control of the conversation early on and she'll learn not to talk that "guys need to do this, guys need to do that..." bullshit.
4) Roissy commandment III. You shall make your mission, not your woman, your priority. Always, ALWAYS know your mission and have your plan to execute that mission. Don't let her take you off course by talking bullshit. Manipulate her. Use her. Do whatever you need to do to execute your mission. See other commandments here.

The only time you should play the "nice guy" is under 2 scenarios:

1. You have absolutely NO desire to have sex with the girl whatsoever.

Yeah, being the nice guy is never the right answer. Nice guys are also known as friends. Also, what girls say they want and what they actually want are two different things. I can't count the times I've read girls post something on facebook about, "Why doesn't chivalry exist anymore?" Bitch, if I treated you you with chivalry, I wouldn't be getting laid and you'd be fucking a dude like me!

I'm not sure you should be not calling her back or something, but never turn off the game, or worse, just be yourself, for any girl. It doesn't work. That she with a cute face says that should not make you relent. If she really didn't like games, she would be with an average looking but big-hearted beta boyfriend now or something. So don't fall for that. It's a game too, you know?

Seriously. I'm almost glad to hear lines like this, as it shows just how susceptible she is to that type of game. By telling you this, she's unwittingly giving you the exact method to game her. It's the same type of self-fulfilling BS as the "don't think we're having sex tonight" line or the "I never hook up with guys on the first date" line. Girls are so predictable it's not even funny.

Girls who say they don't like to play games are the biggest game players.

I would have said to her, "So you hate me because I like XboX?" and changed the subject.

Empathize and change the subject. Say, "Sometimes life hands you a shit sandwich. Sucks, doesn't it?" and then change the subject based on her response.
