I honestly think that a girl like that would dislike being treated as "special" or "different", as much as she really is different...

I understand your points but I think the odds are much higher that a young female with no legs, especially one who would typically rate a solid 7 (with legs), would take being used as a pump/dump much harder than your typical hot woman. Especially when you consider she knew she was hot before and had that taken away from her.
I would personally err on the side of caution and assume she's much more emotionally fragile than the typical female.
