I think that Seal was overly infatuated with Klum. According to the media, they dated for a while and went their separate ways. When they reconnected, she was carrying another man’s child. Immediately, after the italian dumped her, she fell back into the arms of Seal. Afterwards, she got knocked up very quickly by him, and they got married.

It appears that he allowed himself to get suckered in. And now, that the petals have fallen from his eyes he see’s the relationship for what it is. Supermodel or not, she was a beautiful castoff that got dumped by her rich suitor and did not want to look like a has been. So, she seizes the opportunity to make herself legal by lassoing Seal. I doubt seriously that this is a marriage that can be saved, even if is for the sake of the children. I believe that both parties overcompensated for the weakness in their marriage with all of these over-the-top staged events. Of the two adults, Seal has probably suffered the most because he has had to endure ridicule for his looks, and why this so-called beautiful woman chose him, when in reality, he saved her from being unwed and unwanted.

From what I read of an interview Heidi admitted that the first thing she noticed about him was the size of his package. He had just been working out in a hotel gym and was wearing biker shorts. So I guess that tells you something about her right there. Can't wait to see who she ends up with next.

That's crazy though that after only a few months he became the father for some other man's bastard child. But I always have them props for being the ultimate "opposites attract" couple.

Also kinda shocked to hear about his hard partying. From his music he just doesn't come off as that type. I thought he would be a classy, private, introspective kinda dude. Sorta like a male version of Sade.

Yes...scars add some character and ruggedness, but I'm sure they aren't referring to this level of scarring. It's extreme. His scars are from a form of Lupus, the leaves scarring on the face and possibly other parts of the body. I think Seal's celebrity (which gave him access), them connecting emotionally, and her finding him attractive despite the scarring led to them being together.

I just read that Seal let it drop to TMZ that she was fucking this dude before they split. I don't know if it was the reason for the split (they were probably on the outs before the official announcement), but...

He doesn't look very chubby to me. As for how beta he is, I don't think we can do anything but make inferences/educated guesses about that. I've got a feeling he is (taking on 40 year old woman and 4+ kids with no hope of siring your own with her is a sign), but we can't be sure. Maybe he just doesn't give a fuck.

Seal came out of this just fine. He got a supermodel just passing (but still visually quite close to) her prime at 29, impregnated her several times, and went through the divorce without losing half his fortune. Now he's off banging other models half his age, while she's found a decent guy willing to deal with her kids.

It really isn't uncommon for celebs to bang the help. We're more used to seeing it with the men ending up with the nanny, but occasionally you'll see a celebrity chick end up with a sort of off-the-radar type that had access, so he was able to get close to her emotionally. I don't think I mentioned this in my NYC recap a couple weeks ago but when I was at Lavo I saw an elite model step out - better than Klum in her prime - with an overweight/obese guy that was wearing a t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes.
