That's because I am latin myself. That means that I will be used to the latina look my entire life, and have fucked 90% latin girls my entire life, so, I will be much tougher in rating them than your average, anglo-american or European man who is not used to them.

Now, it gets worse when you are a latin man who is well-traveled in many countries, has a good education that has opened his eyes to many cultures, speaks more than 2 languages, and has a comfortable lifestyle ($$$). That makes my scoring system 2x tougher than your ordinary latin man.

Nope.....barranquillera that I meet in Cali.....I have never been to Manizales....and I don't think I have ever met a chick from there....so I can't post any pics of chicks from there.

I have a friend coming down to Cali the end of March and he wants to drive up to Periera with me....maybe I can talk him into swinging by Manizales on the way back so then maybe I can post some pics from there.

I am certainly not basing that OPINION on one chick I have met. I have met many females from that region and city and many females from other cities in Colombia which has lead me to that opinion. I rolled out with a big group of Colombian women on NYE and the differences in dress the girls from Quilla / Cartagena and Manizales / Armenia / Bogota were PAINFULLY obvious.

If you disagree and think females from Manizales are NOT conservative than say that and why...

Man, don't you bastards know I am supposed to be going to Phuket for a three month training camp here soon? Keep in mind that I lived there for about 4 years so I was a bit jaded when I left. Most people will not experience any trouble in Chico. It is worse than you would expect for such a small college town though. The cops are much more concerned with busting college kids having parties than stopping the real problem, which is crime AGAINST college kids. The Police Chief tried to blame a 50% increase in aggravated assault from one year to the next on an increase in student population. I don't know the increase in student population for that time frame, but it sure as fuck wasn't 50%. Sorry to go off on a tangent, as you can probably tell, I could bitch about what's wrong with Chico all day lol. Still a great town though, just wish the Police force would keep it that way.

Anyways, Chico is still a drop ass party/college town. However for a mid 30s player I think Santa Barbara would be a better option. More upscale and a bit more of a mixed crowd. Chico is straight broke college kids 18-25. I believe Santa Barbara will have the same, but also upscale venues with high class girls. I was young when I was there though so can't say for sure, hopefully someone else can weigh in.
