UPDATE: went to her office hours, was playful, but not overtly flirty she asked a bit about me. I noticed a picture of her and some people one of which was a dude, but it looked more like a brother. I'm planning on keeping the energy light until semester is done and marks are in, then I'll make my move.

I am just curious, does that long term stuff work? I tried something similar to this a few times but girls just seem to have the expectation that if it didn't happen basically within a week or two of meeting than it's never going to.

Nothing ever happened from this, kind of a bummer because banging a teacher would be sweet!

Hades: It depends. I could see long term working in this situation because you're building up the sexual tension making it more exciting for her and like you two have some crazy conspiracy going on. Long roll game is also really good if you have a main girl or girlfriend. Slow roll a bunch of girls and reap the rewards when you "have a big fight" or "break up" with your girl. "Teacher"? Was this in high school?

For all those interested in college profs:

In the U.S. younger attractive female college professors all loved sexual attention they were getting from their male students. Key word being from their students, because unlike guys on the street (who would be seen as individual creeps if showed the same level of attention) students are generally seen as this faceless, harmless mass, up to a point. So although they all basked in the attention from their students - they would never act upon it because they were far more rational, calculated, cunning (than their male counterparts) and would not want to not only potentially end up with a kiss-of-death job/career-wise, but would not want ("post-mistake") to end up as a potential target of stalking from an infatuated psychopath.

That said, it is still quite possible to bang a prof. but it has to be done after the semester is over. And your chances will increase exponentially if the prof. in question is a temporary lecturer, visiting prof. or some other type of instructor (including graduate T.A.) who is on time-based contract (which today is actually a majority of faculty).

To maximize chances hit on profs. who are in last semester/year of their contract.

When I was teaching in college, here is how my students banged me...

Volunteered to work at the events I was hosting
Came to my office to chat with me
Signed up to to take my classes
Always found a reason to be around me
Gave me the "fuck me" eyes

I knew of at least 3 other male teachers banging their students. It's very common and almost all the male teachers talked about it.

How did you tell if the students are really into you or are just attention whoring? I am currently an instructor and I get a lot of "fuck me" eyes, but as soon as I show interest or wait till the semester is over to make a move, they go cold.

I wait for them to make a move. I wait for them to suggest a date. But, I don't just sit around hoping it will happen. I actively game them every week. Usually, towards the end of the semester they would suggest some sort of meet up.

One girl met me at a gym and we worked out together. Later that week, she met me at a hotel. She used to come by my office all the time to "chat". "Working out together" became out secret little code for "we wanna fuck each other".

Another girl came to my house to make me some special pasta that she liked. She suggested this after 1 year of working together in the same office. We flirted alot in that year. She came to my house a few days after graduation.

Another girl met me a local swimming pool, the day after graduation. We swam, hung out, and then went to get dinner. We were banging the next week.

Another girl and I just started hanging out after a gave her a ride home one day. She ended blowing me in a closet on campus once.

The teacher can't be too aggressive, so the student has to suggest "hanging out".

The ones who are interested in you will always find reasons to be around you. They will volunteer to work your events, they will come to your office, they will always have questions for you. Nurture and promote these friendly relationships. The more you get to know each other the better.

You can't just wait til the end of the semester and then ask them out. The seduction is taking place everyday. Its a slow methodical seduction. Little by little, she gets more comfortable around you and realizes that she wants to bang you.

You have to game them. You have to maintain and develop the attraction and comfort. If you suspect a student wants to bang you, talk to her, subtly flirt with her.

The ones who want to bang you will consistently and regularly make eye contact with you, talk to you, and hang around you. These are young girls and they don't know how to hide their feelings very well. If they like you, they will give you attention.
If they don't like you, they will not give you any attention. Its really that simple. Identify the ones giving you attention and develop those relationships. When the semester is almost over, drop hints that you guys should hang out off campus.

Start with your appearance. Dress sharp. Hair cut, etc. When you are talking to the class, you are gaming them. You are projecting your confidence, wit, humor, etc. Jokes are always good! This is your chance to display yourself. You have to present yourself in an attractive way.

That is really the question here..Are you presenting yourself in an attractive way or not? How could you do better?

How are you doing in these areas?

1. Looking good (clothes, grooming)
2. Speaking in an attractive way (calm, stimulating, funny, interesting)(attractive, masculine tone of voice)
3. Displaying your best personality (not displaying your beta habits)(keeping a strong frame under pressure)
4. Dropping bait (insights from your life that display "coolness", travel, high end events, funny gf stories, etc.)

I do or have tried to do all of these things. Sometimes I think I am overgaming in class because one nontraditional student (an old dude) tried to report me for hostile environment sexual harrassment because apparently I used some mild sexual innuendo that was too much for him to handle. My teaching supervisor warned me years ago before I started teaching: "don't try anything funny with a student" because apparently it was written on my forehead and my current supervisor is watching me like a hawk because of that.

With my smaller classes in the past I frequently have students come and visit me. But I never dared to try anything with them during the semester because I am paranoid that my supervisor is always watching me, even when one girl literally tried to rub herself against me, I just insinuated that she should probably wait until after the semester is over or when she graduates. One professor in our department got fired couple years back for trying to date a student and everyone has been pretty paranoid since then.

I did once hang out with a former student a couple of times, then she told me that one of her guy friends who was also in my class is pissed because she is hanging out with me. I was like "you told your friends that you came to hang out with me!?". And that was the end of that. She was bangable too but I wasn't going to let that gossiping ho ruin my career.

The thing is, when semester ends, I usually don't hear back from my flirtatious students again. Damn! It sounds like you are in a tough position. Some schools are tougher then others. Some schools try to discourage interactions between students and teachers, some schools don't worry about it so much. You do have to be careful.

Honestly, I didn't care if I got caught. I was not breaking any laws so I wasn't worried about getting in trouble. I knew I could lose my job but I wanted to get out of education anyways, so fear of losing my job didn't stop me.

In your case, it sounds like you are doing just about everything you can. Dressing sharp, speaking well, being funny and interesting, and subtley flirting. Maybe you can be a bit more agressive? Especielly, towards the end of the semester. The last month of school I really games hard. I tried to bait them into inviting me out.

Once, I was trying to bang my student secretary, I took her to lunch but I also invited her ugly assistant. This way it didn't look like a date, it was an office lunch. This was in the last few weeks of school.

Another student that I wanted to bang was organizing salsa classes. I would occasionally stop by and dance. during the last few weeks of school I started going almost everytime and dancing with my target. This was an on campus event so it raised no flags.

Honestly, since you can't really game them, you have to drop alot of bait and encourage them to game you!

The students that I banged pursued me just as much as I persued them.

One thing that I did that helped me is I tried to have personal conversations with the girls. I tried to find something in common that we could connect over. One girl was a swimmer, we talked about swimming and how we love to hang out by the pool. Another girl loved to eat and we always talked about the dishes we made. Another one was just a freak with daddy issues.

Fuck! Banging your students is tough because its not worth the risk. But, I would not give up if I were you. What can you do to appear more attractive to your students? What can you do to drop better bait to get them curious about you? What can you do to get more one on one time with them?

It's tough but its a fun game challenge.

Think of ways that you can be a little more agressive but while maintaining plausible deniability!
