LA and Barcelona.

I like LA because its pretty comfortable to live here. Close to Vegas, hawaii, mexico, etc. I live here now and I'm pretty happy.

Barcelona because it seems pretty similar to LA climate wise. All the spanish towns along the coast and access to Europe while being a good blend of beach, beautiful people, nightlife, food and lots of partying.

if you choose one from coastal spain I would recommend you Valencia,a second tier city and really nice beaches and climate.

Winter/Spring - Hong Kong. The reason Rio de Janeiro is nothing to me. Geographically similar to Rio but a more beautiful city to land in via airplane with hotties galore even though I'm an Asian guy who prefers typical Brazilian women moreso than Asian women. Cheaper than Rio, but more lifestyle options including cuisine, nightlife, shopping, etc. Flights to SE Asia, Europe, and Australia would also be a plenty.

San Fran + Vegas. Food, entertainment, huge and constant influx of women, culture.

SF because smoking a J inside of a bar is A-f-ing-mazing, happy hours everyday of the week, cheap "local" ethnic food, friendly population, logistics are v. easy (15 dollar taxi ride anywhere, hop out on the street and hail a cab).

Vegas- 24hr city. Top notch food. Women slut it up all around the world here. Amazing deals if you are a local (Industry night at clubs/ 2 for 1 crab leg buffet at Rio, free entrance to pool parties, free hotel rooms) . Its not unheard of to pull 2x/day in vegas. Pool parties during the day, day-game on the strip or at various happy hour spots, Clubbing at night. Cheap rent.

Summer - Montreal, this is a no brainer. Best city I've ever been too.

Winter - I've never been to St. Maarten but it has always sounded like a good "base". Direct flights to Europe all winter as well as a short hop to SA. Not to mention the island is beautiful and full of tourists.

All this is a little abstract unless you include a monthly budget. NY and Tokyo sound great, but it's like 3-4k/month minimum. Location independent income like that seems relatively rare.

On my LOW BUdget which however is passive income, <1500 USD; Chang Mai or Saigon in Winter, Southern Italy in summer.

I'm surprised Amsterdam in the summer hasn't been mentioned. I'm not necessarily saying it would be my first choice but it's definitely up for consideration.

- Everyone speaks perfect English
- Beautiful friendly girls
- Not Eastern Europe Cheap but cheaper than Stockholm, Paris, London
- still central enough to day trip to almost anywhere in central Europe
- Decent food (not the best in Europe, but once you know where to go, it's underrated
- Some decent beaches not too far away, not like Barcelona but accessible.

I have the perfect combo New York/Playa del Carmen. The ideal situation would be to have property in both.

So why does this work so well? New York is New York, great city, loads to do and lots of great parties, unfortunately it's cold in the winter so then you can head to playa, beautiful beaches, great weather and lots of hot euro girls around plus it's not that expensive when you live there.

You have the added bonus that flights from NY to Playa are cheap around $200 or less if you book ahead and it's not a long flight so this means that friends from NY can fly down during the winter which always makes it more fun, it's quite practical to just go for a long weekend.

Another advantage you have is that you can jump off from playa to hit other South American counties, Colombia etc and then it would be easy for friends/girls from those places to visit you in Playa without the visa hassles if they wanted to come to New York.

Lastly from NY you can find reasonable prices to Europe so it would be easy to head off that way for a month or two during the hot New York summers.

If you owned property in both spots it shouldn't be too hard to rent them out while you're out of town.

I don't get this whole choosing a different city because of the weather thing. If you're still young and healthy, the coldness shouldn't be such a crucial factor. You should be picking cities that will give you the greatest bang for all the hustling you will do, not sounding like a senior citizen on the verge of retirement.

Pick a city that will allow you to build/gather resources to your max potential. Invest your time, money, and energy there to build and establish a foundation. You won't need to travel in search of some magical poosy paradise then...people (and women) will come to you.

I'm pretty familiar with all of the cities to live and party east of Texas. I don't know much about the West. What is better for pussy LA or San Francisco? I would think LA with the number of wannabe actresses there. Can you live in LA area and Las Vegas cheaply? I don't want to live anywhere where I have to pay high cover charges to get in to play on pussy. What advice can you give?

This is a great idea if you leverage real estate. I would buy one place in a nice year round weather area say Miami.

Then you rent the place out for 6 months while you live in your second spot for the other 6 months of the year. Vice versa.

Basically, time shares in two spots. It's pretty doable.

One of them is off the radar, deep past the former Iron Curtain, and chalk full of pussy that attach themselves to you like velcro.

The other doesn't have the pussy meteor shower, but is beautiful, warm, relaxed, and fun.

So you move to Pussypalooza, have your fun, but now, want to escape for the winter, with a girl or two in tow. You miss the beach. You miss Mexican food. You want to make this a regular thing.

But now, unless you own two places or have enough money to not care, you have to pay rent (and utilities) in 2 countries. Not ideal.

The important part is to START BLOGGING about Pussypalooza from day 1. Not a Bang Blog. But a blog people (men and women) would find interesting. Photos, insights, culture, upscale restaurant reviews, stuff that travelers with money to spend would find interesting. Throw in social media. Build traffic.

Now, when you want to go away for 6 months, you announce it on your blog, and your advertising reach of potential short-term renters will be much greater than before. Believe me, it's not going to be easy to find people willing to pay rent to live in Cold Grey Soviet City in the middle of winter. You just want to break even or at least cover some of your costs here, while not renting out to a psycho who's going to trash your place.

And there you go.

I like it, BUT buying property is reallllly tricky at least in Russia and you could get screwed. Moscow is prohibitively expensive too, so assume when you say 'behind the Iron Curtain" you are thinking 2nd tier Ukrainian cities or somewhere deep in Russia? Keep in mind that Ukraine is probably more corrupt than Russia in some ways so you'd need a local to be helping out/watching your property. I guess Bulgaria or Romania might be ok for now, but to be warm year round neither really work. So that leaves Croatia/Montenegro?? (with both probalby not all that warm from Dec through Feb??)

I was at dinner last night with a Russian couple from work and they just bought a house and you would not believe the paperwork and regulations. The woman said she spends a lot of time forging documents if the local regulators won't play ball/be bribed. They are really happy with their house and found cheap contractors, but have already spent something like $500-600 in mini-bribe/payoffs. This is for a small 85 square meter 2-bedroom inside the MKAD (the big ring around Moscow).

All that said, if you bought in Spain/France recently or Cyprus you probably did or might get screwed too. It's a pretty tricky property market, with the western countries slowly fallling into the abyss in many ways (and new property/foreign taxes galore coming down the pike) It may be counterintuitive but you could be better off buying property in the EM these days for the most part.
