definitely the cialis, it has those effects if your body isnt used to it, as your body becomes more accustomed to it the sides lessen but if I take too much I still get them, to this day and Ive used viagra a bunch of times I cant get anywhere near a full dose it wrecks me but cialis I can handle a full pill no prob. Personally, i think its desensitizing a bit. I could hold out longer on cialis. Just try it again and see what happens.
It also depends in which shape you are. I was in really bad shape from lots of junkfood,drinking,bad sleep,no exercise and lots of traveling so it helped a lot for me.

I do last longer on Cialis as well, but it's strengths are more that it gives ya rock hard wood like you were 16 again and that sucker lasts as long as you can go and the other beneft is that once you nut if youre into it a few recharge minutes and you're ready to go again and back to rock hard. I think with your headache you probably didn't avail yourself of this benefit . Guys take note of any other stimulants (like caffeine from coffee or soda) that you take on the same day that you take that stuff. The combination could make you feel worse than taking the dick pills alone.

It's possible because it happened to me. If I know I'm going to pop a viagra I limit my intake of all other stims. I still experience some of the sides like the stuffy nose, red eyes, but my overall reaction is not as severe when I cut off or cut back on other stims.

That's been my experience with ED pills. Sure, I last longer, but I feel less. And why am I banging chicks? To make them feel better? I think not.

Have you found Kegel exercises help you during sex, like when you're getting very close to the point of no return, you can clamp down and prevent yourself from cumming even when you're still inside her?

I've found a little bit of Kegeling (never tried doing it regularly) can help me clamp down and back off from the edge when masturbating, and occasionally helps me back off from the edge if I pull out of the girl, but never worked for me if I stayed inside the girl, even when I stopped thrusting.

Any books you would recommend on this subject? The simpler and more practical, the better. I tried reading Awaken Healing Energy by Mantak Chia but that was just too abstract for me.

I read multi orgasmic man by mantak chia, you are right it is pretty out there sometimes that's why I try to really dumb it down and take my own easy approach...they way you look at things and the patience you go about it with is key...expermintation ya know.

Another good book is the tao of sexology : the book of infinte wisdom and the tao of health sex and longevity. Those three books changed my life. I'm trying to get into tantra and find a good book on that I just read one called "tantra, sex, orgasim and meditation" it was o.k. learned a few things but not really what I was looking for.

I think I saw reviews on Multi Orgasmic Man that insisted that you read some of Chia's other works about controlling energy before reading this book. Did you find you could make use of Multi Orgasmic Man as a standalone guide?

I did make use of it without reading his other works.
