I feel incredibly sorry for you having to live in Adelaide. I haven't been there in a long time, but I've only heard bad things. Lower quality, tiny shitty nightlife and just way smaller in general. On the bright side, you can't be any worse than Canberra.

The church attendance rate in Australia is something like 7%, versus America's 40%+ so the inbred isolated rural areas we might think are more religious are nothing compared to what you're talking about in America. And most people who do actually go to church are Italian Catholics and Eastern Orthodox who practice zero of what they're preached. Not like that makes much of a difference, I can only think of two girls off the top of my head who are evangelical christian and I saw one of them shaking her booty to Get Low a few weekends ago so...

Adelaide is pretty ok! A bit dinky. City nightlife is all compact in a relatively small area. No problems getting into places! (unlike Melbourne) Overall Better than Brissy to my mind. The girls are often very attractive, personable and straight up! They are probably more attractive than Melbourne or Sydney on average. Must be just the big country town wholesomeness that does it! Good attitude in the people in general. On the negative, it's a bit tame in some ways. "classy" places are largely absent apart from very few exceptions! just a whole lot of trumped up pubs. (which are largely very well done!)

Melbourne nightlife can be problematic. Problem is, you need to start early (even before 10pm for some venues!), and getting into many "classy" places as a male, is not reliable at all (if not virtually impossible unless you bring the harem!) and that is where many of the very attractive girls like to go. Once you are in a venue, it can be impossible to change, unless you are into rounding up girls to be your friends for the que, which may or may not work! Those bouncers really are hawks!

This can really hamper your efforts - especially, if you are out with a wing! A few times me and a wing have managed to get into somewhere we thought would be good, left after deciding it was mediocre and couldn't get into anywhere else! (which may well be just as mediocre!) Even just dealing with the attitudes of these bouncers can be quite unpleasant!

North Fitzroy is not so much pure hipster these days, but can tend to attract a better quality of punter than those going out in the City, Sth Yarra or St Kilda.

But yeah, for all round, quality girls - daygame is the go in Melbourne. (as it is in most places...)

adelaide is a city i wouldnt go near. if u are under 25 u might think it is ok on a saturday night...the rest of the time it is dead

if u are 30 plus u r seriously wasting time and money

if u want to settle down and live in the suburbs u might also like it

Dig around and it's pretty obvious, most regulars know. Although some of the stuff I wrote in the original datasheet is now outdated.

I'm going to update the venue list sometime soon. There's a few really good places for younger guys (and older dudes that don't mind young girls) that aren't on the original sheet. If anybody wants them before I write it all up PM me.

I agree, Adelaide is a hole. So is Canberra. You couldn't pay me to live in either.

Melbourne nightlife is fairly compact too dude, thing is there's multiple areas here unlike Adelaide since we have many times more people. The bulk of clubs are all in the CBD or South Yarra, with a few in Richmond/Hawthorn and St Kilda. There's more then enough to satisfy your needs in either of the first two, but I much prefer the CBD myself.

I was daygaming in central Fitzroy a few days ago, still super hipster but not as much foot traffic as I'd like. What are some good bars and clubs in Fitzroy by the way? The only one I know is Bimbo Deluxe on Brunswick St with the $3 pizzas.

To be honest, I haven't really explored Nth Fitzroy that much. It all centres on Brunswick st. "The Nightcat" seemed pretty busy, quite dancy. People I know seem to like the "The Black Pearl", but it seemed pretty small and pretentious to me. Haven't found a place there I really like that much. Which is the same problem I have with Melbourne in general!

Been to The Nightcat and Black Pearl a few times, didn't like the venues that much, just epic hipsters not showering or shaving for months and wearing second hand clothes.
It wasn't overly difficult to get an SNL from those places, but I didn't like them too much and the vibe didn't align too well with me and my friends. There's also tons of freak-show like people around there, so I haven't gone back there in months.

Not sure if I have met pdog or not but I was one of the most active daygamers over the last few years and one of the few guys here who actually got laid from it. From my experience Melbourne is shit for day game as basically there are a lot of kids doing a large volume of approaches in the city center. The hot girls here get approached a few times a day making them not as receptive to approaches as all the dudes here seem to do direct day game, to get past this you have to plow for a few minutes until they open up.

The only guys I know who get laid here from daygame are
1 very experienced with thousands of approaches
2 fob hunters as Melbourne has a good looking fob population
3 fuck chicks who are on holidays themselves

Being international is definitely a plus as I have seen some Europeans with mediocre game have some success

i know a guy that does well but yeah, mainly with asian girls. if you want to daygame a hot white girl don't expect she'll be charmed when you stop her on the street or in a shop.

my advice, night game: hit the up market venues with a very high percentage of hot girls. you get blown out, you get another shot. on the other hand, if you go to a shitty bar, there's not many shots left to take.
