I'd like to elaborate. Philly is a working class city. Most people here are Black (44%) Italian or Irish with a handful of PR's. The best way to describe philly for an outsider would one of the outer boroughs of NYC (think Brooklyn) but different. So Azul is right to an extent but beware.
The suburbs of Philly are tricky. Some towns if you can campaign correctly you CAN come with a cute White chick, if that that's your goal, Their are there lot of Working class whites in southeast PA so that either can work greatly to your benefit or horribly. Of course that's all depends are on where you go and present yourself. However, keep in mind there is growing White supremacy movement in Southern PA so be cautious. Philly is also home to the whole Neosoul scene as well as home a HUGE orthodox Sunni Islam African American population so the Blacks tend to some more "aware" compared to some of the other places I've been. Try Reading, Pa if you like hood rat Puerto Rican girls. Most PR's in Philly live in the Bad lands (One of the Worst hoods in America and Racially mixed Irish, PR and Black at that!). And there is know reason for out of towner's to go there. Maybe you could catch them downtown and Gallery (the mall in center city) along with tons of young Black chicks. 2's
all the way to 8's but a lot jail bait so watch out. Also check out the King of Prussia. Day gaming in King Prussia Mall should me fun for all you "Mall Macks"

West Coast girls may be bitchy, flaky, entitled. But they're less likely to be tied down to the same hang-ups that plague other girls in other regions of the US like race, religion, social pressure, etc. They're also more fun than a lot of the girls on the East Coast.
This is the truth. I can usually tell with in minutes if I'm talking to a girl from the west coast. Damn... this thread is making me want head out vegas then ofcourse LA.
This alone is why I choose the West Coast leaps and bounds above the East Coast. Being a minority male in NYC has its limits. Philly, Boston, and especially DC aren't even worth mentioning. Compare that to the West Coast, specifically Seattle, Sacramento, and San Diego where you don't have to deal with a lot of this "You have to be a part of my race, religion, clique, college, cul-de-sac etc, etc, etc" shit to get an in. SF proper and LA/OC, while horrible in that regard compared to the rest of the West, is tolerable compared to the East Coast.

RE: East Coast vs. West Coast
So I've been visiting some family in Massachusetts - my brother and his family to be exact. My brother lives in the western suburbs of the Boston area - Northborough/Westborough area. My judgment is that outside of the universities in the Boston core, New England is a player's wasteland. I'll gladly accept anyone else's counter-perspective.
Went out five times to do some errands and scope the talent as a side hobby. The talent is horrible, as I had expected it to be. A very popular look here is the inbred Italian or Irish look, maybe an inbred Yankee look. Hard to describe, but if you've been here, you know what I mean.
I went to a few shopping areas over the past few days, which were really busy this time of year. Even adjusting looks for the age of women, the vast majority of women here are solid 3's and 4's. It's less common to see a six. In three separate days, I maybe ran across three 7's.
This morning, I went to work out with my brother and his friend. Same thing. A lot of unattractive and/or unfit women at the YMCA of all places. All the guys above maybe 25 years of age looked terrible with beer guts and under-utilized fitness. The women were well 3's and 4's. Hate to say it, but I was the most fit guy there.
I did not go out to the few nightspots around because 1) they're probably not worth it, 2) been pretty busy with family stuff, 3) leaving soon.
In this barren wasteland, I actually found out where all the few cutest girls hang out. There's this upscale grocery store called Wegman's which opened up nearby. I went to pick up some stuff with my sister-in-law, and I saw my first set of 8+'s in my entire stay here. There were some 7's as well. These girls carried an SATC vibe though, that I definitely picked up on.
This is New England. The culture here also sucks in that everyone here seems standoffish and hangs within the same tight circle they've known all their lives. For instance, my brother's neighbors - their kids grew up and then moved home to live with their parents. These are young adults in their 20s, and it's not uncommon even if the economy were better.
Dearth of cute girls, tough to game. Not worth it. Just my 2c. I can't imagine the rest of the East Coast is different outside of a few spots. I'll stand by it: East Coast girls are pretty ugly on average.

Girls there seemed much more laid back than here and especially compared to the East. Some of them seemed to get interested in conversation right from the get-go and opportunity for day game seemed prime esp. in parts of SoCal (LA & San Diego metro's). I'm sure the Bay Area is decent too (haven't spent much time up there).
The only place I've been away from the west coast in the US is Florida. Women are MUCH friendlier in the west coast than in Miami, no comparison, but at the same time, Miami girls are probably some of the most unfriendly girls I've encountered. West coast girls are typically pretty friendly. In Cali you get the stuck up type, but there are plenty of cute friendly girls as well. In Vegas, girls are typically pretty slutty, good spot to hook up. Colorado, girls are real friendly but usually not the best quality. I don't have much experience with the North West, I was young when I visited. Arizona, definitely a diamond in the rough. I feel like Arizona gets over looked a lot. There are some real stunners out there though. Utah... I've never been out in Utah, only been to ski resorts. I'm not a fan of the state and when I'm there I don't even bother going out in the resorts, no nightlife what soever in the ones I've been to.
