I did. I think her behavior would really depend on her circumstances and personality. The one I've been with is probably one of the coolest girls I've known in the way that she never gave me any BS or was needy. For all I know, she just enjoyed her fun and was extremely easy going. But others can be pretty desperate as they might be looking for a father for her child.

I think you should approach a girl with a kid as you would any other woman but remember and respect the fact that ultimately she has a serious attachment and commitment to her kid. And logistics are very different: 'we can't wake up the kid'.

I think this is true, but only for quality guys. I think with a guy that they meet in a bar (who also might be a quality guy), they can be more open to a one night stand. Here's the logic:

Single mom has few nights to herself.
When she does get a night to herself, she wants to go all out.
Guy she meets in a bar is not relationship material, and she's ok with having the one night stand because she gets so few free nights.

If you meet a single mom during daylight and carry yourself like a respectable person -- sure, they're probably going to hold out for a relationship. But if you present yourself as a scumbag...

The ones I've known were free of bullshit and well-grounded. When they could get the kid babysat they just wanted to have a good time. They know the deal and realise they have to make an extra effort. Having a kid lowers their overall value (self-perceived) without making them physically less attractive as long as they if they take good care of themselves.

Neither of the ones I spent time with was looking for a replacement father and weren't trying to make me meet the kid.

They usually know in the back of their minds that having a kid lowers their stock, so they dont play as many games and arent as demanding as a girl without kids. You can make a few more mistakes with them and theyll give you the benefit of the doubt more often because they lowkey know that it may be a while before they meet someone of your caliber that will really want to fuck with them. They usually cook since they have to because have a kid(s). They cant demand too much of your time since they do have kids. So having a single mom on your team thats still pretty attractive and down with you can definitely be a win win if your trying to have more than one woman in your life.

However, the really good mothers will expect for you to at some point embrace their kids, or they will stop messing with you. If the baby daddy is crazy and still in love with her, he might try to start some shit.

IME this isn't really true. A good mother isn't going to start bringing dudes around unless they are absolutely sure they are gonna stick around.

The 6 or so I've dated were all way more cautious about starting an actual relationship simply because they already had two full time commitments in work and their kid (or kids in a couple cases)

Now, once you agree to be more serious with them, then it is on though.

Yes. If they decide to flake on you, they'll always pull the "I can't find a sitter" excuse. Generally speaking, single moms are risky business and not worth your time. They can be tougher to game and come with a lot more baggage (ex husband, babysitters, shitty schedules). They aren't afraid to get knocked up again either, she'll be collecting that child support from both guys.

I did older MILFS, the younger ones are like any 20 somethings, more flaky and inconsistent.

If you do MILFS, do pay attention to the kids, show that somehow you like them or get along with them. As when complementing a girl walking her dog, she will value your appreciation and be more open.

In a rare case, she will try to get all the attention on her, taking your attention away from the fact that she has children. In such situation I would just spit my regular game, as if she did't have kids.
