Well, that restaurant is top tier broda, it's not a hole in the wall by any means, and is up there with fine, trendy and glamorous restaurants found on South beach, Miami. Just look at their website, it's not something slapped together by amateur web designers.

Now, as far as what girls do for that kind of money in Colombia, could be anything depending on the girl. Some are indeed legit models for famous magazines like Studio F, or Business owners or actresses for Telenovelas; others are just straight up high-end hookers for the elite.

Like I said, it's very common to see several girls doing a "girls night out" at places like Cinco lounge in Medellin where cocktails are 15USD a pop, and a small bottle of water (500ml) is $7.00USD.

Thee is a very thriving high-end scene in Medellin that has nothing to envy Miami or NYC about.
