RE: New York City
I just got back from NYC, a city I love more than any other, as should be clear from my Power trip reports I've laid down.

But holy shit has the city become expensive. It always was but now it's completely off the rocker, eating out at anything but a a dump will cost you three figures the second you get an alcoholic drink. $20 cocktails are the standard now on anything but the dives. Another thing, places switch from begin hot to cold with younger audiences so fast that data gets old FAST.

This trip was mostly work+relaxation so I didn't game much but I'm going to have to think long and hard before coming back to NYC. Maybe it's time for that trip to Savannah/Charleston finally.

$20 cocktails have been standard in Australia for years. PM BlackQuixote if you make it to Charleston.

Yeah something's going on. I went to buy deodorant this week and it was 7.99 for a regular old spice at CVS. Same deodorant in LA was 3.09 (I'm here now). Just everything seems to have gone up.

RE: New York City
Cmon Slubu you should be using baking soda instead of old spice.

All joking aside, buy all that stuff on Amazon. $20 for a six pack of Old Spice.

Vicious - agree that NYC is expensive. But there are cool spots that offer cocktails <$15, like Chloe 81 NYC, a nice spot in the NYC. Just gotta getaway from some of the old and established classic spots/neighborhoods that trade off their name. I won't touch much of spots like TriBeCa, Flatiron, and Midtown because they are pricey.

It does seem that there are hefty mark-ups for common commodities in all of Manhattan. When I was in Cali earlier last year there was no way a bag of O'lays and a couple of Sam Adams from Duane Reade would land over a tenner.

Give Dallas/Houston a try, they're a 45 minute flight or 4 hour drive from one another.

What's a good club or bar in NYC where I can find busty brunette Jewish or Italian-looking girls? Preferably one where said girls will grind up against me on the dancefloor.

Thanks in advance.

RE: New York City
When I visited NYC in the fall of 2013 I had the most fun hopping rock and dive bars on the lower east side. My buddy and i would stop at grocery marts in between to crush Millers. The level of pretentiousness was astoundingly lower than what I'm used to in Vancouver and my bud even picked up a demure 30-something from a pack of five off the street. (I had my hands full with a sexy little Catalonian import at the time.) Did not attempt to hit classy joints in the meat packing district, etc. but have no desire to do so next time I rally to Gotham. L.E.Side, best bang(s) for your buck.

RE: New York City
Are there any "low-key" daygamers here? What have you done to get results outside of areas with a ton of foot-traffic? Right now, I've mainly been using parks for fairly indirect day approaches (with some success in terms of purely numbers) because it's pretty damn easy to find individual girls doing nothing. However, the winter is coming and I'll have to think about exploring other places such as coffee shops and perhaps museums. I generally don't like excessive activity and do my best to avoid places with too many people (i.e. Union Square).

RE: New York City
Moved away from NYC a few months ago but coming back this Wednesday for a night.

What's a good Wednesday night spot these days?

I'll be rolling with two korean tourist chicks (don't want to take them to Ktown/Circle tho)- one I am good friends with and her friend I don't know. Don't necessarily want to smash, just want to show them a good time (she's a good connect).

Was thinking start at Rockwood, then late dinner at Vandal, pound some shots at Continental then head to Output in BK.

Not sure if they'd be into the Output scene tho. Maybe a more Manhattan type club or even LES bar/club type of thing...what's hot on Wed?

Pianos in LES will have some hip hop upstairs no cover on a Wednesday. It's grimey but fun. Drinks are inexpensive too. I don't know the meatpacking options but maybe someone else can chime in.

Was in NYC this past weekend. Vandal (restaurant) had an absurd amount of talent in there and the food is great.

Second time visiting NYC, seriously can't believe how many beautiful women that city has. Puts Chicago to shame.

Upper Manhattan (Harlem, Washington Heights, etc.) would probably be your best bet, but I haven't been up there for any reason in a long time. You won't find nearly as many attractive ones once you hit Central Park and southward though.

Much of Queens would be good for latinas too but the logistics would get worse I would think.

Will be in NYC starting wednesday night for about a week or two before heading off to EE - pretty excited. Was there Fall 2015. Pianos, Welcome to the Johnson's, Bar 169, one or two others in that same area and a couple in Williamsburg were my go to spots. Love them all, but looking to explore Meatpacking this time as I've never done it. Any suggestions on the most popular spots?

^ Try Le Bain, Catch, or PHD Rooftop. Gaslight is decent if you don't wanna deal with lines/BS

RE: New York City
Anyone have a CURRENT NYC datasheet for nightgame? I am originally from NYC but have been living in Germany for the past few years and my info isn't up to date.

I will be in NYC from June 29th - July 8th.

Last time I was there in March I was completely lost and figured this time I'd better be prepared.

Places I went to last time.

Avenue - too much bottle game and most of the girls are at a table which lessens the effect of even doing bottles yourself.

Le Bain - was expensive and not really many girls. Super loud too

PhD Rooftop - Was the most solid place ive been to... Met a really pretty group of Norwegian girls.. I think im gonna go back again

Any other suggestions? Afterwork parties in Manhattan?

RE: New York City
I've been living in Manhattan for the past 6 months. I don't get the hype about the girls here. Sure, there's an occasional hottie here and there but in this gigantic metropolis they are diluted by swarms of tatted up hipster chicks, fat ghetto chicks and everything else in between. I'm here because of my business and travel to Europe a lot so I don't really care (originally from Serbia) but for those of you who are expecting some heavenly place I'd advise you to skip it Smile A couple of days ago I was walking from Soho all the way to Central Park and out of every 100 girls I saw, I only found maybe 4-5 attractive and most of those seemed to be tourists from either Middle America or Europe. Keep in mind that I'm primarily attracted to white women so this place being a melting pot of everything surely doesn't help. Back home in Belgrade when I would the same kind of walk on a warm summer day or evening I'd see hot girls everywhere I look and after a while you get used to it so you don't pay that much attention. Only when I get back here I realize how ugly most girls here are haha Smile

The prettier girls are shopping or in the nightclubs.... You arent gonna see hot girls just walking around the streets like that.

RE: New York City
The best thing about Nyc is the diversity. If you have solid logistics, it can be a great place to pull.

There are hot girls in Nyc but young don't a "center city" like you do in many European cities. My suggestion is to stop walking so much and post up in a few stops and let the traffic come to you. Walking around that much is not the best method if you main intention is to Daygame.

I have my specific locations and you should develop your own. Generally soho on the weekends during the day. LES and west village early evening on weekends. Weekdays you can hit some of the midtown spots for the after work your professionals who are leaving the office.
