Hello,
I don't have much experience with PUA but I am a very buff guy. I workout with weights 5 times a week and also do MMA (Muay Thai, BJJ ,wrestling).

Do girls like buff looking guys who show off their biceps? Does this help the game at all or no? I am just starting out but I figured that if im not shy about my physique, will girls automatically view that as confidence?

I disagree with firepower.

Guys with a lot of something (money, status, muscles), think that's all they need to get laid. In some cases yes, but to be consistent you need to learn game like anyone else.

Yeah, if you're working that "I'm buff" angle, you're another brick in the wall when it comes to the bar scene. I'm seeing way more "buff" guys and roid-monsters at bars and clubs than in the gym, yet over 95 % of them go home empty handed on any given night.

Being buff doesn't hurt your game at all, but I haven't seen any proof that it makes girls more attracted to you either. Although it is true that some girls like it, sure, but at the same time other girls like guys that are scrawny. You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't. But again, I haven't seen evidence that they genuinely care about physical appearance to that degree. Some women will tell you they want a buff guy, but fuck the fat one instead. So my point is that women can be really full of shit about these things.

Forget about muscles, learn how to talk to girls and work on your vibe. Though being buff might boost your confidence a bit, in the long run you cannot rely on your bod alone, need to have much more than that or you'll end up having random ONS with drunk girls.

My two cents is that I haven't met many women that are into the body builder types. They sort of are disgusted by the whole thing on the surface. They also tend to view those kind of guys as being the wife-beater t-shirt wearing, little to no IQ type, that is either really into themselves or care very little about their interest. I'm just stereotyping here.

That being sais I have a buddy that's the complete opposite of that. 5'10" weighing in at about 130lbs, very soft spoken, doesn't dress extravagently well but he gets laid regularly. It's because he has a solid game. Being wealthy helps him too, but it's not the money but his game that does most of the work.

I'm simply echoing Roosh's words. No matter what you have you need to have game as a foundation.

op's not a troll. he asked if showing off your arms indicates confidence to a female; I say yes. it helps game

re the wrong #s - chicks give them out all the time so as not to cause a confrontation.

the op never said all he needed was bod to attract hbs

A good body helps, but it's not a replacement for approaching and moving a chick to close.
