Do you have any affirmations that help you change your mindset toward something? For example, if you have approach anxiety do you use phrases like "Everytime i see my perfect 10 i will walk up to her confidently" (this is an example a hypnotist used in an interview).

Or maybe when you go to the gym and you bicep exercises can you say "every friday when i go to the gym i will do bicep exercise" and actually do it after some time you repeat that thought in your mind?

What do you think? Do they work if you are being specific?

I have a hard time staying in the present. Although I am traveling constantly, I am mired in work and moving projects forward.

When I realize this, I acknowledge it, stop rushing around the city (Seoul, Beijing, Bangkok), and just stop and look around for a minute. I soak in the surroundings and stay in the present for a moment.

Then, I start hustling again. Can't just dick around all day, I've got shit to do.

When it's just me doing something: "Enjoy" which to me means "play with it"

When i'm about to appraoch a girl "Help" which to me means "make her feel good emotionally and phsyically"

When it comes to big picture stuff like business ventures, or planning a trip, or doing something I've never done: "Try it!"

Self-talk is one of my favorite parts of the Game. I think its a very underrated aspect to this shit.

You are the man! I love that self-talk shit. I have to agree...it's one of the most underrated things. What you think is really what you believe, I hear my friends talk shit all the time and say 'I'm such a dick aren't I?' It gives a view into their world. It's strange because of all the shit I've gone through to get where I am - I notice I never ever talk bad to myself and I say to my friends why think that shit? And they think it's mumbo jumbo.

I think it's super important to always have 'good chatter' on in the background and always think you will achieve something. A guy who always thinks shit about himself in his head will never become anything. Makes such a difference.
