The neighborhoods I've spent time with in SF are in the Western Addition (have some family there), SOMA, Downtown. I'd say the women were decent/average..nothing to get excited about. They were very approachable etc but I didn't feel too motivated. When I had wrote exceptions, the only ones that got me interested were the Asians!

I didn't get to visit Berkley when I was out there but on my next trip I'll ride the Bart out there and see it for myself. I rode through a lot of the towns out there and it reminds me so much of being home in certain parts of the northeast. South of SF reminded me of riding up the Hudson River. Next i'd like to head North and Inland to see how things look.
