The key word is "busy" I used to work on the road (and Lord knows I wish I still had that job), and I could've picked up a different girl just about every night. Instead I would settle for seeing how far I could take things, while staying faithful (mostly) to the girl I was dating at the time, I digress... the hotel bar scene is perfect for the ONS. Scenario 3: She's on vacation, just trying to have a good time. While not a lay-up, as most people don't vacation alone, you're definitely in it with a fighting chance.

Can you see how this is different from gaming at a regular bar? You don't have annoying cock-blocking friends, or the worry of having to drive home, or her worrying about looking like a slut in front of her friends. Again though, the key is there must at least be some traffic there, and you don't want any locals.

Also, remember that environment plays a big part as well. There are some places/situations where women are more likely to ONS than others (vacations are a big one).

Probably the biggest factor, especially for the most conservative girls, is social pressure. If the women is placed in a situation where she is guaranteed (at least in her mind) that her family/friends/larger community will not find out what she is doing (like that trip to Cancun, or Vegas), the odds go through the roof. At that point, it becomes about being the right guy that she will be open to a ONS with.
