She's alright, nothing special though. If it were me I'd pass on the bang for the simple reason that, as many have previously mentioned, the gain doesn't outweigh the risk. It could also be that she wants some sort of relationship that is non-drug related because you two go way back and she has a certain comfort level built with you. But I doubt it. I work in the healthcare field in a retail setting and deal with TONS of young girls that come in to buy syringes that are obviously intravenous drug users. They have to show their ID to prove they're 18 in order to do so. You'd be shocked how attractive some of those chicks used to be before they started using. In comparison your friend looks decent I suppose. Still, I've met hotter functioning addicts. Some of the female users that I run across are super friendly and flirty. Herpes is a WHOLE different ballgame. You can pick that up with just skin-to-skin contact. You'd essentially have to wear a body condom to be truly safe from that.

For the record ...I never beg for pussy. She called me and offered to spend the night in exchange for fixing her iPod. If she was a girl on the street I'd probably never approach her.
