I got into MMA because my dad took me to see a PPV event last year.

Ever since, I've kept going to the bars to watch the main events, and some of the lower cards that are on TV.

I just need to watch more TuF.

Not long after UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier collided in a UFC 178 media day melee on Monday, the two rivals appeared on ESPN's SportsCenter. But the beef continued well after the cameras were off, and now footage has surfaced of Jones and Cormier trading heated words. A transcription of the conversation can be seen below:

JJ: "Hey pu**y, are you still there?"

DC: "I'm here, I'm here. You are just the fakest person. I actually admire that you can actually be this fake, and like, when the TV comes on, how you can just change. It's like you're a chameleon. It's awesome."

Some of it is also the result of the advent of world class athletes in MMA. These guys train too hard often times and have training camps that are as hard as an NFL training camp. Before 2007, almost no one trained like that. They just ran alot and rolled alot for cardio. Now you got guys throwing ropes until they pass out, hitting tires with mallets, chop wood, flying dudes in to spar without lots of pads, jumping boxes, etc. We used to have traditional training methods to improve kicking reach and power for TKD style kicks, Karate style, Muay Thai, etc. but no..... now everyone wants to use NBA training, NFL training, and Olympic level sprint training. I'm not saying the new stuff is bad, just need the right balance. Kicking trees is not a great idea, but jumping on stacks of boxes and pulling sleds is kinda unnecessary.

This was not a serious problem at the beginning, because Dana White had plenty of backups around in the event of a rare injury. Also some fighters would not duck a fight if the injury was not too bad (money reasons mostly). They would heal before the fight because they would stop training camps at least a few weeks before the bout and stay flexible, warm, and loose. He was a month out and was probably going at it 115%.

You could also see how the Nevada doping commission stepping their game up is making fighters too afraid to raise their test levels and use HGH as well. Almost all the old champions juiced, especially all the Pride fighters, because it was not illegal there, or not really enforced.

I herd that card was one of the most boring this year. I think that fight pass is gay to, theres no way to watch it without paying for fight pass and then streaming it on a computer. One a brighter note the Fox 1 card last night was good. It was surprising to see Ben Henderson get knocked out.

He probably want to try to prove himself as well by dropping alot weight which would be a good thing for his reputation for blowing his PED test.

He got popped for high Testosterone and got suspended. He claims it was because he was eating horse meat. Which is true that eating horse meat will increase your testosterone (I don't know how much), but that kind of meat is illegal in many Western countries, except France and maybe a few more. It's illegal in the US, but I heard you can maybe find some at Mexican meat markets if you know where to go.

I do not know all the science behind why. That might be a MikeCF kind of question. I do know it is healthier than beef. I ate donkey meat in China but not enough to notice results or anything.

He could have also been lying as well and was using a needle and synthetic shit for all we know.
