I was going to take the L and give the GGs to Khabib. Conor does not have the will or spirit to fight on the ground and was actually getting outstruck for the most part, poor tactical gameplan from the coaches and his team. However what happened at the end was a shitshow on the level of Malace at the Palace. Fucking disgrace and amateur level shit for the sport. Was it justified? Maybe...but all that talk from Khabib about being humble and controlling his emotions was all dogshit. You take that W, exit gracefully and show yourself the better man as a real champion. Clearly Muslims don't understand that. Whatever...still salty, but I'm still here MCGREGOR BABY!!!

What a fucking crazy night and such a bitter sweet ending. Khabib won got the victory and then some, but at what cost? Now God knows what the fuck is going to happen, even his boys at AKA (Cormier and Rockhold) were telling him he dun fucked up. Everyone said that Connor wasn鈥檛 inside Khabibs head but it鈥檚 quite clear here the he definitely got inside his head.

At worse maybe strips Khabib, and allowing him to fight for a vacant title against Ferguson if the Heat is on the UFC to discipline him. Dillon got what he deserved though! There's no point of a rematch, Conor got fucking destroyed. Tbh he looked like shit out there, lethargic, slow, and stuck in the mud. Where was the movement, setting up his feints and jabs? What happened to looking to hit Khabib as he shoots close in for the takedown? It felt like he had trouble making the read on when Khabib was going to shoot or setup his shots. He got rocked by that huge overhead right by Khabib trying to watch out for the takedown. I felt like he was totally unprepared, his shots were weak as his cardio was drained. Got a little back into the fight in the third round, but just gave up when he got put in the choke...just smh.

I wonder if Conor will fight again? I also wonder how much he made tonight? This fight reminded me of the Rousey/Nunez fight. It was too long of a layoff for Conor/Rousey to fight a champion. Entertaining night of fights though.

I honestly don't see Ferguson beating Khabib either. Way too hittable and Khabib actually has deceptive power, or maybe the threat of takedowns is so great, when he goes up top his opponents don't see it coming but either way it's effective. If Pettis had been a little smarter he could've finished Ferguson tonight when he hurt him.

McGregor is a heavy handed counter puncher who fights long like a kareteka. He's got a 4 inch reach advantage over him too. It's a bad match up for Khabib.
If he does that bum rush with wild punches and knees, he's gonna wake up to the smell of Irish whiskey in the octagon.

Everybody that hes fought says the bolded. But he's a rare war of attrition fighter with a seemingly unbreakable iron will to eventually overwhelm and break guys. Even in the fight he lost to MJ he fought to decision with a broken arm and dropped him with it.
I don't think Tony will be one bit concerned with being taken down by Khabib. He cut Pettis open with a elbow from guard like 10 seconds after he was dropped when being took down.
He's not that 1 trick pony Khabib bullied tonight. I just don't see Khabib controlling him in a 5 round fight.....he has too many weapons to hurt you with.

There鈥檚 a video showing that the ruckus in the octagon was started by McGregor, he actually sucker punched Khabib鈥檚 trainer leading to him then being targeted by the latter鈥檚 camp. For all the trash talk the Irishman did, he showed fuck all in the ring. He was dominated in stand up, dominated on the ground, dominated post fight too.
