Guys,

I just want to get your general impression of MRAs - Men's Rights Activists.

As I understand them, MRAs support fathers rights, they are anti-feminist, they advocate for domestically abused men, and push back against feminists who try to focus only on female victimhood. Some MRAs are also diametrically opposed to Game as they view it as an overvaluation of pussy. "Pussycentric" is one characterization of Game that they use.

I hope I'm not planting a bias by pointing that out. MRA is a general political position, and, as could be expected, the individuals comprising MRA take on a vast diaspora of values. Some are pro-Game and some aren't.

But I want to gauge Gamers' feelings on MRAs. What is your initial impression of the movement?

I probably lean more towards MRA than Gamer, personally, as I take interest in all of those issues above and love to focus on the more theoretical or academic aspects of game/dating/etc.

I'm not anti-game. I have found, though, that pedestalization is a pretty serious issue within the game community. You'll find islands of sense within it(Roosh's site being one of them), but the vast ocean of game is increasingly in my view being filled with guys who are in actuality just finding a new avenue with which to pedestalize women.

Game can be extremely valuable, but for it to reach that level, one has to get to a certain stage of self-awareness. Without acquiring this type of self-awareness (Roosh has mentioned it a couple times when talking about how his trip to Poland affected him), you're still just putting the pussy on the pedestal in a new way. Very few in the gamesphere seem to have done this, and thus most are still just slaves to the vagina. I understand where they are, though, since I was in the same place 18-24 months ago. When you're at that level, game is nowhere near as useful or productive as it could be.

As for MRAs, again, I tend to sympathize and lean in their direction. Some are more conservative than myself, but in general they've got the right idea in warning men of the dangers out there.

My impression has always been that MRAs are beta males that are pissed off and want the system to legally enforce being a beta male as a valid sexual strategy. Just like feminists want the system to legally enforce being a slut as a valid sexual strategy. Of course in both cases human nature isn't going to accomodate their perception of fairness.

MRA's = fat white guys who are pissed that mediocre career accomplishments are no longer enough to enslave a woman to a lifetime of marriage with them.

Show me a MRA convention, and I'll show you a room full of obese white males.

Why do you think MRA's hate game? Fat white guys view players as a threat, since players will be banging the MRA's wife.
