International Child Support Compact Member Country List
I'm a paranoid nut. Why? Because I think I have the right to determine how I support my children, and don't believe the government does.
Here's the link to the list of countries that subscribe to one of the international treaties to grab money from anyone they feel owes money for child support.
I don't know if there are other treaties or lists. It seems all countries are motivated to join, because it (a) reduces local unsupported children and (b) allows them to grab money from people who have fled overseas.
It is not a zero sum game when looked at from the POV of the countries, because as long as the total money transferred from individuals to governments goes up, they can all win by cooperating. Which means good luck to you, sucker.
I believe it will become harder and harder to flee cooperative collaborative gov confiscation of your wealth, as countries ally together to provide the legal means and technology (facial recognition) at border checkpoints is now only a few software upgrades away.
Evne the supposed anonymity of blogs like this will probably disappear at some point, who knows when "style recognition" may emerge. Like handwriting analysis, it may become possible to determine who wrote something ( at least at a "soft" level, enough to GET A WARRANT) from very subtle elements of style.
There are some surprises. Czech republic is a treaty member, 1taly is not.
What this list means is if you have a kid in USA, then leave for Israel, and your income source is in Israel,
that income is just as accessible to your vindictive USA ex ( with maybe a little extra court time) as your USA income would have been.

I'm glad you put this list up. Most guys wouldn't believe such a list exist. IT's called the handbook on child support enforcement. It's from the dept of health and human services.
There are several other countries that are not on this list that have back door agreements with the dept. of health and human services and they will tear your ass up if you owe money from having a kid in the U.S.A ,and you flee, or if the government of another country petitions the dept. for child support for a kid you have in another country . You can add Ecuador, Ghana and Nigeria to that list too. If anyone is interested I can send them the handbook of the countries that have agreements with the U.S. when it comes to petitions for child support. Dominican Republic is not on the list, nor is Colombia, but they have back door agreements with the U.S. CSE in each state then decides whether or not they will file a petition on the childs behalf so it is in fact state by state. Wrap it up guys, especially if you have dough. Never
