Udmurtia seems to be ground zero for Slavic redheads (that upper right area in the middle of nowhere, Siberia in the picture above). It's a small Russian republic near Perm and Tatarstan. Doesn't seem to be a whole lot in the way of pictures, but I kept finding Anastasia Ivanova:

I'm bumping this thread. Law Dogger's article on male/female sex ratio in NY vs LA made me think about this again.
