On my journey to becoming successful with women, I've noticed how one problem (where I live) has been the cause of all these other problems that have been slowing my progress.

You see... I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, in a farm town, surrounded by country bumpkins (Nothing against country folks). Most of the young women around here are married by age 19, have kids, are usually over weight and haggered looking, and/or are total sluts (often of the whigger variety). Worst yet, in small towns everyone knows just about everyone. If I want to be in a place where I can meet higher quality women, I have to travel -- about an hour of driving at least.

Because of the fact that it takes so much more effort for me to go out and game women (because I don't live near the city like you guys) I unwittingly start psyching myself up before I go out. On top of that, it's easier to find excuses not to go out (oh, gas is expensive, I don't feel like sitting in the car all day, blah blah..). Even though I still force myself to go out, and game at least 8 girls a week, I can't help but feel that this situation has been stalling my progress.

I wish I could move, but unfortunately I'm stuck here living with my mother.

Does anyone else live in the country? What do you guys think?

Busther, I feel you. Although I don't live in the country per-se, there is definitely a lot of things about where I live to find excuses about.

What my goal is at this point is to find a job in a big city and move out. I think the best thing to do in these situations where you're dissatisfied with something is to think of all the options available to you long- and short-term. In my case my best option is to move to LA or some other big city. Your route is probably going to be the same.

I completely agree, I however rarely find chicks that are worth gaming. I live in a city with about 450,000 people but most girls go out with their boyfriends/husbands. And the rest that are left are usually fat and unattractive. Occasionally I'll see one worth a look hb7ish at but I usually end up being too big of a dick because my perceived and real value is well above them. Not trying to be cocky I just am. I have a job and am not fat hence... On the chance that I do end up hooking up with one girl or another I find that they are way too needy and that's just not in my plans right now. So ultimately I'm left hanging out and getting to drunk. Although when I get drunk my standards begin to drop exponentially so it ain't all bad!
