Putting a number on female attractiveness automatically puts you at a disadvantage because chances are that you won't rate yourself as an equal. The power and appeal of a man in seducing a woman, is not is his physical appearance(provided you have your basics like hygiene, socialization down pat which most of us already do).

If you can make her "feel" with you, the way she "thinks" she would "feel" with a male 10, then that's all that's needed.

Your goal should not be to make her laugh or challenge her.

Your goal is to get *into* her mind, explore what she feels about whatever talking about in the back and forth between you, then lead the conversation in the direction you please(sex, baking a cake, mysteries of the universe etc) If you do this competently enough, you become the guy painting the numbers and picking the numbers in the scratchoffs.

I'm easily above average looking and daygame is still a grind, probably takes me 100 approaches to get laid with a girl 0.5-1 point under my looks. Initial reactions are good but getting them out after is not so easy, my game is low intermediate though.

Yes daygame cold approach is probably the hardest.

If you are talking about 1/50 or 1/100 cold approach for a lay then that’s one lay every month, it is not bad at all. The question is - do you dare / have time / in the frame / etc to approach five each day.

Day game for me (and most) have always been one hell of a challenge, I don’t really count anymore, and still get stuffed with AA occasionally, but I have also landed some of my best girls via daygame. My best memory was a fine 9 Brazilian girl. Yes, I many more countless failures and “fuck off” stares too.

One tip I learn is to have the ability to broad scan (don’t stare like a creep) sometimes girls do give a 0.5 seconds stare at you, though you will mostly need to just open, open and open. And like what the master have said, until you have opened 200 you have little right to say whether if daygame is effective.

Is that your ratio, 1/100? If it's on the street, 10 approaches per day is completely feasible.

I do cold approach but at the same time I make myself available for girls to give me IOIS so I can increase my percentage

When I was a skinny 19 year old and before I knew any game, I had my own move that I would do when picking up girls at the mall.

When I saw a cute girl sitting on a bench or something, I would walk near/across her to the soda machine, trash or whatever and get her to notice me. I wouldn’t fish for eye contact or let her know that I had noticed her already. I just wanted her to have a chance to evaluate me for a second without any conversation pressure.

Even with bad game and zero muscle, this technique worked for me back in the day and I got numbers, dates and bangs from doing this before every mall approach.

I think it warms them up a little and makes them more receptive when you talk to them. Because they already know, “oh its that guy” instead of some random person they have never seen before.

Gonna blow the dust off it and try it on my next mall approaches.

This seems to be true, since I unwittingly used this technique last Sunday in a store and had the two women I used it on both respond positively (one I number closed with and with whom I'm still in contact and the other had a BF but was very flattered and said she would have met up with me had she not been in a relationship). I'm definitely going to use this technique again, but consciously next time.
