This is an endless topic that I don't want to get into (the whole male-female friendship thing) but do you really not know people who have good friendships with the opposite gender?

And not quite sure what your suggestion of shaming them accomplishes other than some weird Power Play psychology you would use on a woman you are trying to game. If anything it just shows lack of social attunement.

Anyone whos never had female friends is either fairly unlucky or has pretty bad mental issues. Anyone who thinks "No true man has female friends" definitely has mental issues.

Are they as reliable as male friends? No. Are they as fun? Usually no. Are they as close? Also usually no. But they can still make very good friends. And often in very different ways to men - they're more emotionally open generally, can offer good fashion advice, give an insight into the female mind, bring their friends to your parties...etc. They provide plenty of value, just in a different way to a male friend.

If someone has managed to go through life with no female friends from where they grew up, from where they went to school, from university, and from any jobs they've had then the problem is them - not all the thousands of women they've met socially in that time. The vast majority of women may be terrible platonically, but theres always going to be a decent minority.

I'll fully admit I actively avoid having platonic female friends. Call me close minded, but it's just not natural in my mind. I tend to believe biological factors just get too much in the way to have a pure friendship with the opposite sex. Though I'm already someone that doesn't consider acquaintances true friends on the male side, so my circle is tight. It's tough for girls to get that high up while platonic in a man's circle. Not to mention, the way we specifically are as men on the forum, we tend to have a lot of controversial views on female nature. Don't you want friends you can be real with?

Now, I keep female family members and girlfriends/wives of relatives out of this. They're girls that are more important to keep around and different types of relationships than what I'm referring to above.

I'll throw a hot take here. The best female friends you will have are ones you had sex with but do not click with romantically. I've had a couple of girls play out like this. These friendships admittedly don't always last permanently because you know, they may date someone else significantly and it can get weird keeping a past hook up around. But, with these few girls, I definitely felt the most comfortable with them versus platonic girls because it was like the pressure was off and the tension was off the table. We could kind of just relax and shoot the shit to a degree. Like it or not, most men will always have the image of sex with a girl that's remotely attractive in the back of their minds until it happens.

Unattractive women with good personalities break this 'nature' thing. It wouldn't be natural to mate with someone unattractive. But to hang out, socialize, and have fun with other friends - that's a perfectly fine thing to do.

With apps like Instagram there is no need for women to resort to dating sites, IG give them all they need, validation, attention and dates.

If you actually read IG "game" reports you would know it's a waste of time to use it as a dating tool.
You should use it as an aid to your game, for example you add a girl you want to keep in the backburner and she sees your pictures on her feed a few weeks/months down the line, she comments on your picture and then you reignite the connection.

It's much easier to have hot female friends as you get older. The flirting and chemistry adds to the fun - maybe they're married. Maybe they're a cousin as someone noted. I swear online dating has gotten massively worse in just the last few years. I hadn't really messed around with okcupid in a while, but lately I gave it another shot and it's ridiculous. The last three interactions I had on the site went as follows:

Compare this to the past where I could get dates on the site fairly reliably. Although you'd have the occasional chain rescheduling that went nowhere, typically the girl would show up on the first date and talk to you for an hour or so before politely making an excuse if she didn't like you. Now the women all act like 12 year olds.

One thing I noticed was that the shitty behavior intensified when I realized I hadn't changed my age range preference. Once I set it to include women my age suddenly my match list exploded with single women in their mid-30s, but they seem to be the worst-behaved despite being less attractive.
